Love or Fame?

Chapter 94

I woke up and Lexi wasn't beside me. I guess she's feeling better. I hope so. I got up, stretched, and went downstairs to get some lemonade. When I got downstairs, Lexi was in the couch laying down. I think she's sleeping. Why'd she get out of bed then? I went over to her and shook her gently. "Babe," no answer. "Lexi," I said shaking her again. "Mmm," she mumbled. She turned over and looked up at me. "What's up," she asked before turning back around. "Why are down here," I asked. "I came down to get something to eat but then I got nauseas and...a little dizzy," she replied. Now I know something's going on with her. "Babe, I think your coming down with something. You look drained today," I said to her. She turned back over to me and lifted herself up so I could sit beside her. She leaned on me as I put my arm around her and she spoke again. "I'm fine babe.Don't worry," she said. "Babe, you just said you got nauseas and dizzy. You're not fine. Lemme take you to the doctor," I said. "I'll be fine Digg," she replied. She kissed my cheek and got up. "I'll be back," she said before walking off. "Where you goin," I asked. "Bathroom," she replied walking off. She has to go to the doctor. I'll pick her up and and tie her up if I have to but I'm definitely taking her.

It's been 5 minutes and she still hasn't come out of the bathroom. Not that that bothered me, but this time, I'm worried about her. All of a sudden, I heard coughing. I didn't think much if it until it continued and sounded worse. I rushed to the bathroom. When I opened the door, she was leaning on the sink. She threw up. "How many times have you thrown up today," I asked as I rubbed her back. She took a while, but replied. "This is the first time," she replied. "You still dizzy," I asked. After washing out mouth, she replied. "Yeah," she said. "Babe, I'm takin you to the doctor. Go get ready," I said. She was about to say something but then she closed her eyes and covered her face. "What's wrong," I asked. She couldn't even answer. Instead, she fainted.
