Ataku had been hit by the huge grizzly bear that had attempted to kill Kamodichi. She had took the blow of the grizzly bear to protect Kamodichi. The blow was severe and Ataku felt like she was going to die but her only fear was Kamodichi dying. Everything inside her fought to save Kamodichi from dying and her body reacted with a blue pulse. Her mind had been focused on one thing and blue lightning shot from her hands to kill her enemy. She felt no pain, no fear only to protect what was dear. The only person she had left in this world. The bear had died and she had come to her senses once she felt Kamodichi near her.
Now they had food for their trip. It still didn't explain how she healed so fast. They brought the meat to Annura and Erin. "Whoa, you slayed it" Erin said. "To be exact Ataku slayed it" Kamodichi told them. "Wow Miss Ataku you're amazing" he complimented. "And a rabbit" she said. She handed the rabbit to Annura. "I suggest we have this for dinner" Annura said. "What ever you choose" Kamodichi said. "Erin skin the bear" Annura told him. "I still have to gather herbs" Annura said. "I can help you with that" Ataku said. Kamodichi eyed her with worry. "You sure, you slayed a bear I think you should..." Kamodichi was cut off. "I will be fine, I have done it before" Ataku said. "If you find any seeds bring them here so I can plant them" Annura said. Ataku nodded, she admire Annura's wisdom.
"I'm coming with you" Kamodichi said. "You don't really have to" Ataku said. "I am" Kamodichi headed into the woods. Ataku followed a little annoyed by Kamodichi. Ataku went after him and sighed. She was looking around for thyme, marigold and maybe some lavender. "So you've been herb hunting before" he said. "Yes, in the village Myro, Faye and I would search for herbs to help with the healing. We had so many sick" Ataku said. "So you had experience. Ataku after we defeat Matteo will you try to find your lost memories" Kamodichi asked. "I don't know. Maybe I will never find them. I can just start a life without it in a new village somewhere" Ataku said. "You want to leave" he asked. "What do you mean" she asked. "Leave the cottage, leave where you are safe. I never told you you needed to go" he said. "I think I have worn out my welcome" Ataku sighed. "You have only been here for three days what makes you think you have to leave" Kamodichi asked. "And look what has happened in those 3 days. Bad thing after bad thing after bad thing keeps happening. You nearly died because of me" she was silent. He was surprised that she noticed what was happening. But what really had him was that she thought it was her fault. All she could think about was you will doom this world to suffer. "Ataku its not your fault, what ever has happened over the course of these three days isn't because of you. Bandits decided to be assholes, a kidnapper decided to steal Annura's son and a bear just happened to step in your path while you were hunting. Which bears do live in the forest" Kamodichi said. "The point is, things happen and they are things we can't control. Don't blame yourself, I was worried about you. It always seems like you are getting hurt and I am failing as your protector. You took a huge blow for me today. It something I never expected you to do and I thank you for that. But I hate to see you hurt for I am the one who is responsible for you" Kamodichi said he was walking ahead of her. "I'll tell you my story......"
