The two fell to the forest floor and down a hill. Landing at the bottom knocked the wind out of her. "Are you OK" he gasped. Ataku pushed herself up off the ground. "Are you crazy" she yelled. The man stared at her in confusion and shock. " 2 children are up there alone and the village could possibly be in danger. Who the hell are you anyway!" Ataku glared. "Hey I saved your life shouldn't you be thanking me" the man told her. "I didn't ask you to. What you think you earned, a medal" Ataku told him.
"The nerve people have, you save them and they want to yell at you like you did something wrong" the man said annoyed. Ataku wanted to smack the daylights out of this man but she thought about Faye and Myro. The guy had his arms crossed and looking away from her. He had black hair in a long pony tail and brown eyes. He wore an armored silver tunic and had a sword on his right side. He was quite handsome but she wasn't interested in that. She ran up the hill and the man turned to see her scrambling up from the place they fell down. Ataku could smell fire in the distance. "Hey, you are gonna fall if you try going back up!" The man called. "Shut up you weasel. I don't have much time" Ataku shouted back. A horse was right above her now and it was one of the group members. "there you are" the minion greedily smiled. Surprised by his presence she slid back down the hill. The man grabbed her and started running. "What is wrong with you" Ataku cried out. "Lady what is wrong with you" he shot back. They made it to a body of water. He set her down. " My family, Faye, Myro, oh my god Hokina" Ataku wanted to cry. "You made us run away" she yelled at the guy.
"Those people are going to kill you" the man said. "They raid and burn every village they come across" he told her. He sat cross leg in his armored suit. "I could have saved them" she cried out. "They were bound to die anyway" he stated. "You unsympathetic fool" she told him. Her glaring scared him this time. Ataku was now lost and stuck with this man in the middle of no where. She stood up and tried to walk away. "My name is Kamodichi Juno and I am a knight" the man said. Ataku turned around in complete utter shock. "A knight" she said. "Yes" he said. "I thought knights were gone. After the overhead war all the knights of Justice disappeared. Some say they were tortured and was burned at the stake" Ataku said. "The knights of justice had gotten an evil overlord and do to his great harm the organization had to suffer and now we are an organization called bright knights, way powerful than we were before" Kamodichi said.
"And what so different about Bright knights" Ataku challenged. "We serve the people when they need it most" Kamodichi leveled his eyes to Ataku's. "That a lie! You didn't serve Faye or Myro, Hokina or the village!" Ataku yelled. "I am assigned to you" he stated dismissing her outburst and she stared at the knight. Assigned to me?
