"Kishimi its me, Kamodichi" Kamodichi smiled. Kishimi looked up at Kamodichi, her eyes widened because she couldn't believe her eyes. Standing before her was her older brother who she thought had died saving her but he was alive and OK. "Brother...is it really you" she asked shyly. Ataku gazed at her, she had similar features to Kamodichi. She was very pretty and she could tell Kishimi was very shy and timid. Kishimi held her hand up to her face as a way of showing it.
"Yes I know I must have scared you and you thought I was dead and all but I am completely alive and...." He was cut off, Kishimi was hugging him. Her face plastered against his armor and her arms wrapped around him tightly. "Why don't you catch up with little sister. Come on Ataku, a little afternoon together would be alright" Kinello told her. Ataku followed him back out the inn. Kamodichi was reunited with his siblings and she was happy about it but being stuck with his brother wasn't really what she had in mind.
"So Ataku, have you ever thought of marriage" Kinello asked. "A lot of men have wanted to marry me" Ataku stated. "Ah I see, you turned them down then" Kinello could see she was a rebellious one. "I see, so how about a proposal" he told her. She looked at him with a confused look. "Hear me out. I would give you anything you wanted, jewelry, the nicest and prettiest clothing, not that what you are wearing is not. A nice home with elegant furniture, a bed that would make you comfortable" he had other thoughts to that. "Anything you wanted" he told her. "For what?" she asked.
Kishimi had invited Kamodichi into her room. "I had thought about you a lot " she told him as she went over to her light lavender bed cover. Her room was neat with a dresser to the left. The door leading to the bathroom to the right. She had books on her night stand and a window above her head rest. She sat on the bed and stared at Kamodichi. He sat on the bed next to her, "Do you hate me for not being there when you were alone with mother" he asked. "Kami, I couldn't hate you. Never in my life or in my little heart could I hate you. To be honest I resented Kinello, he would have abandoned me and I know that" Kishimi told him. "I thought Kinello changed" Kamodichi told her. "Kinello hasn't changed, not one bit. He only takes care of me because it was mother's wish for us to stay together. He's ambitious and always does dirty things to get what he wants. He barely visits me. Hey didn't you come here with a girl" Kishimi asked him. "Yeah but we made a little deal, Ataku would keep him company while I talk to you" Kamodichi told her. "Oh no, you shouldn't have let him do that" she told him. "What why?" Kamodichi said in alarm. "He loves women Kami, he'll do anything to get with them even bribe them then he ruins them and leave them on the street then blackmails them if they say a word" Kishimi told him. Kamodichi's eyes widened at this, his brother didn't change. He was still an annoying, cocky asshole he knew from when they were younger.
Kinello eyed Ataku cautiously, she wasn't like the other women he had met. "For your hand in marriage I will give you anything you want. You will be wealthy and living like a queen" Kinello told her. "No you can't give me what I want, so I decline" she told him. Kinello stared at her, shocked by her response. "Are you saying I can't do it, I have connections" Kinello told her. "No I mean you can't give me what I want, what so ever" Ataku stated. "I have enough money to buy your life" he told her. "You don't have enough money to give me back my lost memories" she yelled at him. Kamodichi and Kishimi had went outside on the steps to see their argument.
"I don't have time to be trying to marry pretty boys who sit in a kingdom all day. I am trying to find myself, I don't need all that elegant fancy stuff. I just want to know who I am" Ataku stated. Accept who you are.....
