Kamodichi was inside the bright knights organization. He was getting new armor. It had been a year since Ataku's death. Tanaka was sewing up new clothing for the other knights. It had been a windy fall, a harsh winter and cool spring and it was heading into a bright summer. Ataku still crept into his mind during the year. He hasn't have time to visit her grave. Or whether her grave was even there. He felt a lot of things were missing without her.

Kishimi helped Annura and Erin with all of their tasks. He hasn't heard from Kinello. The reason why he had been so busy was because of the villagers that Ataku had helped make an alliance with. Once they heard of her fate they decided to worship her, they preserve anything with a pale blue hue hoping that her spirit would reach them. The weapon he kept that Ataku used stayed above his door like a trophy.

Ataku had made her mark on the world whether she did have her memory or not. Tanaka came over to him as he stood in the doorway. "Hadn't seen you in awhile, your new armor is being polished" she told him. "Thanks" he said. "It bothered me that you sent Ataku's armor back to me. I can't believe she's dead" Tanaka said sadly. Kamodichi was silent, "you loved her, didn't you" she asked. Kamodichi was surprised at what she said. Did he love Ataku? Ever since she died he couldn't stop thinking about her. He'd wake up and she wasn't screaming because she fell down the hill.

"I'm not jealous of her any more. If that's what you are thinking. She died saving us" Tanaka said and turned away from him to gather his armor. He had gotten a full chest plate that covered him all round. His arm plates covered his elbows. His knee plates covered his shins. He tied his long hair in a ponytail. "You look good" Tanaka told him. "You do well with this" he complimented. He took his sword and put it in its sheathe. He thanked her and headed to his cottage. Once he was near his horse he decided to go for a ride. He thought it might clear his head.

He had raced through the forest at full gallop. The breeze blowing his hair behind him. He was calm, and the silence of the forest put him at ease. He closed his eyes for a brief moment and then he opened them to see the stick in which he drove into the dirty a few feet away from him. He stopped the horse and dismounted. He looked around the forest as early sunlight fought its way to the ground. He turned the grave and his eyes shone with amazement. He saw a faded image of Ataku, her blue hair had flowed like it was billowing by the wind. She looked at him and smiled a happy smile. He heard her giggle and then the image disappeared with the silence of the forest. He then realized, he did, he did love Ataku. He loved her even in death.....
