I thought maybe you'd text back
Maybe you'd change your mind
But I wished on nothing
What could I expect?

That you'd come back
Be a friend
I know I'm crazy
Crazy for thinking

Crazy for wishing
On happiness
When it clearly doesn't last
Only stays for a little bit
