Super sorry this chapter is late! I kinda sorta forgot. I've been busy. Also sorry that it's a little shorter than usual. I'll try to make up for it next chapter!

"You ready for Operation Ninja?" Rina asks. I raise my eyebrow at that.
"First of all, why Operation Ninja? This operation has nothing to do with ninjas. Second, stop trying to name our pranks," I pause as I watch her pull a ninja mask out of her back pocket. She starts to put it on so I say, "Third of all, no-just-no."
"Why? It's cool! You know you want one."
"....maybe."
She smirks as she pulls out a second mask. She hands it to me and I put it on. It made it kinda hard to see but I didn't want to take it off.
"We're such dorks," I mutter.
"Yes, you are. Are you two ready?" Hannah asks. We both nod our heads.
"Okay well they'll be here any moment so we better go into hiding."
"Everyone into your positions!" I yell as loudly as possible. I hear people running loudly throughout the house. Rina and I decide to take a quick house tour to make sure everything is in place.
I'm rather proud of this brilliant prank. I managed to convince a decent amount of people to help out. There was me, Rina, Eliza, Hannah, Liz, Cameron, and Della. We needed a lot of people for this one.

We were at my house and every room had a different theme to it. Jay's office room (aka- the place were he played video games and pretended like he was doing work) had clothespins covering every object, our bedroom was full of balloons, the laundry room had every item of clothing we owned piled up, all the objects in our bathroom were wrapped in newspaper, etc, etc. Some rooms just had harmless stuff in it, like the clothespins and balloons, whereas some rooms had fun surprises. For example, my favorite room -though it isn't technically a room- is the hallway.
We decided to use a scene from the Parent Trap to use as inspiration. First, we covered the follows and walls in tarp for an easy cleanup. Then, we covered the floor in a top of whip cream. A bunch of string zigzags through the hallway, resembling a spiderweb, and the string was covered in maple syrup. I don't know exactly what Eliza is going to school for but she's very smart. She rigged it so that once they stepped on one of the strings, a bunch of little fans would turn on. Those fans had feathers in front of them so the feathers would blown everywhere. It was a rather clever contraption. Hopefully it'll work properly.
Also, Della, Hannah, and Liz would be hidden in the house to give them even more surprises along the way.
To add even more to this wonderful creation, there was no way for them to escape. Once we made sure all three boys were in the house, we would lock the front and back door. Eliza set something up so that they couldn't open the windows. Every time they'd try, it'll shock them. Not too severely that it'll cause major injury but severely enough that they most likely won't try again. They'd have to suffer every single one of our fun surprises.

We even decided we were going to make a game of it. They had to find clues that will eventually lead them to the key to the backdoor. It was sorta like an escape room but throughout the whole house. We were all placing bets on how long it would take them to find the key. I placed my money on three hours.

"It's the prank to end all pranks," Rina whispers to herself in appreciation as we walk examine the final room.
"Let's cross our fingers that this ends the pranking. I'm over this," Cameron grumbles. "Though I do have to admit that it's a masterpiece."
"You guys should do this for a living or something," Eliza says, popping up behind us. Her sudden appearance nearly makes me jump in surprise. I don't know how she already manages to sneak up behind us like that. She's the one that deserves the ninja mask.
"Thanks. Let's hope everything works out. Is everyone else in their spots?" I ask. Eliza nods her head.
"Yep. I was just on my way to my designated spot. Bye," she turns to leave. She only takes a few steps before turning back around.
"Oh, by the way, I put a few camera are the house. There's two tvs in the garage where you can watch everything going on," she says.
"You are amazing," Rina says.
"Seriously. What are you studying in school for?"
"I want to be an engineer."
With that, she turns and leaves the room. I can't help but stare after her in awe. That girl is amazing. Sometimes it baffles me that she's related to Jacob.
"Ok, to the garage we go," Rina announces. Cameron and I follow her out the house and to my garage. Eliza had set up the two tvs, three chairs, and a table. The table had walkie talkies and an assortment of food. Once again I'm amazed by her.
Rina' phone buzzes. She quickly reads it then looks up at me and nods.
"The neighbor says that the boys just drove by her house. They'll be here any second," she says.
I grab one of the walkie talkies and speak into it. "Everyone ready?"
A series of 'yes' and 'yep' reply. Just then, I hear a car pull into the driveway. Cameron leaves the garage and sneaks outside. He was in charge of locking the front door behind them.
"How did you manage to get them here? I never asked," I say. Rina grins and hold up her phone.
"You know those hourly text messaging things you can sing up for? The ones where they give you random facts? Well I signed them all up for three different ones. They got to learn about cats, elephants, and the history of Germany. I figured they'd come here to yell at us at some point."
"Nice," I say with a grin. The garage door opens. Cameron walks in and shuts the door behind him. We all turn toward the two screens, where we could see the boys looking around confused.
"Let the fun begin."
Rina laughs her evil laugh.
