12 ~ Back to the Isle

Evie's POV

I woke up with the feeling I'd forgotten something. I still remembered Hannah and how we were going to pick her up but this was something else. Rubbing my forehead I tried my all to get what it was but couldn't wrap my head around it.

Mal had already left our room. She was probably with Ben somewhere. I needed to hurry to make sure they wouldn't leave me behind. I didn't want to risk the first chance to see one of my best friends again. I missed Hannah so much and I felt like the fact I'd forgotten her made it even worse. I had no idea how I could make it up to her I'd literally forced Elaina on Jay. I still felt really bad for it.

Closing the door behind me I sighed still this feeling I'd forgotten something but I decided to shake it off and concentrate on Hannah.

Jay's POV

I saw Mal and the others walking to a limo which was waiting for them. I sighed. I really wanted to go with them but I couldn't.

"Hey", I said them when I was about to pass them.

"Oh Jay, nice to see you..." Ben creeted me curtly.

"It is indeed but now we have to hurry, see you when we come back", Mal's tone was cold as if I'd done this to Hannah on purpose. Were my friends turning theirs backs on me?

"And by the way, be careful... think those girls are not huge fans of you right now", Evie breathed out and pointed something behind my shoulder. I turned around and saw Lonnie and Pandora going towards me. I turned quickly back.

"Well, hopefully I'll be still alive when you come back. I'll stay here waiting for you", I said and tried to smile. Carlos tapped my shoulder courageously.

I stayed watching how they left with the limo. As they were gone I turned around thinking what I'd do while waiting for them to come back. It was hard to concentrate on anything else but Hannah. I'd promised myself I'd do anything to get her back.

The two angry-looking girls were still coming towards me. "Hey, I know you are robably mad at me and I'd like to explain my behav-"

I suddenly felt slap in my right cheek... I blinked couple of times when I realized that it was Lonnie who had hit me.

"No?" I cried out when also Pandora slapped me. Perfect start for a day.

The day when Jay and the others left the Isle of the Lost;

Jay's flashback;

After I heard that we were going to Auradon I had to see Hannah. I wanted to tell her about our leaving. So, I was kind of restless when our parents wanted talk to us. I had to go so I let a pitiful glance to Evie.

Evie sighed to me. "I think we must think this with ourselves, alone", she said to her mother.

"Okay darling, you can go if you'll be here in time", Evil Queen said to her smiling for once.

My dad gave me permission too so we ran with Evie together to Hannah's house. I understand that Evie wanted say goodbye to Hannah too but I was still a little frustrated. Evie almost cried when we saw Hannah.

"What have happened?" she was concerned, I could hear it from her voice. Evie went to hug her and then she told everything about our leaving. Her eyes widened. I started to look down my shoes as they continued hugging.

"I'll miss you so much. I just wanted to come say goodbye", Evie left the room. Hannah stepped closer to me. I immediately wrapped my arms around her.

"It's okay", she said, "I'll keep waiting for you... and maybe I'll go to the Auradon too someday", she whispered to my ear softly. I lift her chin with my finger and started to kiss her. I didn't want it to end. She wrapped her arms around my neck and pulled herself closer to me.

I pushed Hannah on her bed and climbed on the top of her. The kiss went more passionate as I started to lift her shirt up. She smirked at me when we separated and pulled my west off.

As I was going to kiss her again she put her hands on my chest and whispered, "How much time do you have?"

"Half an hour", I answered kissing her neck softly.

The flashback ends.

Hannah's POV

I was sleeping and currently seeing a wonderful dream when dad tried to wake me up. I knew I'd slept a little longer than usually but it doesn't matter here I think.

"Darling, please get up", he said to me.

"Couple of more minutes please", I moaned to him and covered my head with a blanket. He left the room sighing. I tried to continue sleeping while I felt someone shake me again.

"Dad please just let me sleep!" I yelled.

"Hannah... it's not dad here", I heard familiar voice and I immediately sat up on my bed.

"Evie!" I shouted and hugged her tightly, "I missed you so much."

"I missed you too", Evie said, "Did you forget we're gonna pick you up?"

"Yes... and actually I didn't even know you were coming", I said and looked around. Then I saw Mal and Carlos too, "Oh my gosh! You guys are here too! I can't believe it!" I shouted while I went to hug them too.

"It's been some time", Mal said while I hugged her.

"I'm also here", Carlos grinned and I hugged him too.

"How could I forget you?" I laughed at Carlos ruffling his hair. "However, where is he?" I asked after we separated.

"Don't you already know?" Evie asked back whispering.

"Of course I know... What do you think about my father!" I almost yelled, "But that doesn't mean that I'm not gonna to see him ever again..." my eyes drifted on my feet.

Soon I felt Evie put her arms on my shoulders, "You'll see him there", she whispered to me.

I sighed and started to speak again, "By the way, How could you be here? Without anyone else..." I wondered.

"Well... actually we have someone with us but didn't want to bring him to wake you up. Well you know why", Mal said smirking.

"Hey!" I glared at Mal when they left. I couldn't do much about the fact I was as heavy sleeper as my mother.

Ben's POV

Finally they came outside of her room. But Hannah wasn't with them.

The three VKs formed a circle and started to discuss, "What do you guys think?" Mal asked.

"I think she's too happy... she heard only yesterday about Jay and Elaina", Evie reached to say until the door already opened.

"Whoah... I'll never get used to your speech!" Carlos said and laughed.

"From my mother", the girl stated looking at me.
