26 ~ The Reunion #2

In the Isle of the Lost:

Hans' POV

I had to get rid of Jay... right away. So I left Faclier's house and made my way to place where I hid him. I slammed the door open. My mouth opened too when I saw the room was empty. I started to panic. Where could he go? I ran my hand through my hair and sighed deeply.

'Don't panic Hans. He can't get out of the Isle. You'll find him, sooner or later', I said to myself. I started to walk back and forth in the room.

Suddenly the door behind me opened. Couple of royal guards came in the room and tied my arms behind my back.

"What's happening? You can't capture me, I've done nothing wrong!" I yelled to the guards.

"You're arrest for the casting memory-spell to four villain kids and for trying to murder one of them", one guard told me calmly. I tried to protest but then they brought Facilier in the room too. Of course he had told everything to the guards. I sent him a dead glare. He coudn't even look back at me, what a coward!

"How long have you even cared about kids who are from here? Did you even once think about my daughter?" I started to get angry with them.

"You have risked your daughter's life for your own! She might be death!" one of the guards yelled me back. The others started to glare at him.

'This must be some psychological trick. Don't go for it... just stay calm', I said to myself and rose my glance back at them, "I. love. my. daughter. more. than. anything. and. I. would. never. ever. hurt. her", I said sternly.

"Yes you have. She'll die if Jay won't reach her before it's too late", someone said to me.

"What the hell do you mean by that?" I shouted to him.

"Are you really so stupid Hans? Jay is her true love."

'No, no, no. This can't happen', I thought and fell on my knees, "But I saw her kissing another guy..." I muttered and a tear rolled down on my cheek.

"But nothing happened. That prince couldn't save her", I heard a whisper on my ear. Then they lifted me up and started to carry me out of the room.

"You'll face your daughter later... She'll decide what we should do with you", some guards laughed at me, "But only if she's even alive after what you did to her!"

I just lowered my glance on the ground and tried not to cry. 'What have I done?'

Back to the Auradon:

Hannah's POV

There was so many people in my dorm. They surrounded me and wanted to spent time with me. I knew the reason for that: I was going to die. I didn't have much time left and I knew it. Nobody couldn't find Jay. He was probably already dead.

Suddenly Audrey came to the room. She looked like she'd cried. Then she saw all people in the room, turned on her heals and went out. She slammed the door closed behind her.

"And what's her problem?" Evie spat out.

"It's okay. Could someone please bring Finn here?" I asked weakly. When no one answered I continued, "I don't want to fight with him... I want to fix this if I'll..."

"Don't even think about that", Evie warned me, "But I'll get him anyway", she smiled at me and went to find him.

"I think we shall go... so you two can speak in privacy", Ben said and made his way out of the room with Mal. Everyone else left too.

I had finally time to think when everyone were away; What had I done with my life? Why didn't I figured out before that I loved Jay? Why was I so blind all this time? Did I ever love Finn? Will he forgive me?

The door opened and Evie came in pulling Finn with her. I giggled little bacause they looked so funny.

"Finally! You haven't even smile in couple of hours", Evie stated and pulled Finn closer.

"Finn please, talk to me", I begged when he just looked at his shoes. He rose his clance to me.

"I'm gonna go", Evie said and left us alone.

"There's nothing to talk about", Finn said quietly when Evie had shut the door.

"Finn, I just don't want you to hate me... if I'll d...", Finn cut me off by saying it won't happen. I sighed deeply, "Could you just forgive me? I'm sure you'll find someone who will make you happy and love you better than me", tears started to roll through my face.

"Please don't cry... and I could never refuse to forgive you. I love you too much", he said softly. I rose my glance back to him and just stared. "Sorry, I didn't mean to say that last part", he added and I hugged him tightly.

"I know", I whispered to his ear. He hugged me back.

"Don't give up. You won't die", he rubbed my back softly.

After Finn had left I collapsed myself in my bed and tried to forget everything. I didn't feel the cold anymore so it was pretty easy. My hands were already covered with ice. I felt like I coudn't breath anymore. I heard the door slammed open behind me and I rose my glance to see who it was. I saw him and then everything went black.

Jay's POV

I arrived to the Auradon. I couldn't believe I was finally back here. I ran inside to the builting.

"Oh my gosh Jay!" Mal shouted at me with Ben on her side.

"Where's she?" I asked and looked around.

Mal sighed and Ben looked away trying to avoid my glance, "Well... she's in her dorm but I'm afraid it's too late", Mal finally said and her voice cracked in the end. Ben wrapped his arms around her.

"It can't be!" I shouted to them and started to run through the corridors as fast as I could. When I reached her door I slammed it open and run into the dorm. I saw her looking at me. It looked she was trying to say my name but then she transformed to the ice. It was over... I couldn't save her anymore. I walked slowly over her bed and touched her ice covered cheek softly.

Mal came to the room and saw her. She covered her mouth with her hand, gave me a pity look and ran out. To tell everyone I guess.

I pecked her lips and broke into tears. I'd lost her... forever. I placed my head to her chest and hugged her waist tightly, for the last time. "I love you", I whispered.
