Hannah's POV

Hannah's outfit

I was getting ready for the party. I was so excited! Anyway, I hadn't seen Audrey through the whole day and I started to worry about her. I heard she broke up with Chad (again) and that Chad and Lonnie were finally together. I had to admit I pitied Chad a little when he was with Audrey... and I'm happy for Lonnie now.

Evie was with me and she looked absolutely stunning in her royal blue dress and red accessories. And this time I wore a dress I'd done myself... if you ask me I was quite of happy with it.

"It's wonderful to have you back", Evie burst out smiling widely.

"You have no idea how happy I'm right now", I gushed.

"And you and Jay, you're the best couple ever!" she hugged me.

"What about you and Doug?" cried out feeling a tear rolling down my cheek.

"You're my best friend, you know that?" she was teary eyed too.

Then we hugged, "I know", I spoke out between the tears.

"That's enough from crying... or your makeup will be ruined", she laughed.

I heard a knock from the door and went open. There stood Jay and Doug, finally. I smiled and called Evie. She came behind me also smiling.

Jay smirked at me and kissed the back of my hand, "You are the most gorgeous thing I have ever seen, my princess."

"You don't look bad yourself", I complimented him back. That was true. He looked awesome with his suit... and I love the way he kept his hair up tonight. I could just watch him through the whole night.

He noticed my bracelet and smiled, "You wear it again." I just smiled back. He knew without words I loved it.

We walked hand in hand to the party.

At the beginning my aunt Elsa welcomed everyone and then the party started. We danced with Jay all night and everyone around us looked almost as happy as we were. I couldn't stop smiling.

Suddenly Jay said he had to go somewhere. I nodded and looked as he walked out of the ballroom.

"Did the prince charming leave you here all alone?" I heard a voice behind me. It was Pandora.

I chuckled at her comment, "I hope not. He at least promised to be right back." I noticed how she quickly glanced at Nigel. "You know you two have stolen glances from each other through the whole night?" I pointed out smirking.

Pandora blushed and hid her face with hands.

"You like him", I raised my eyebrows, "You should ask him to dance."

She shook her head, "I can't."

"Yes you can and you'll", I smirked and started to call Nigel. Soon enough he saw us and walked towards making Pandora start to panic.

"Hey, Hannah, Pandora", he greeted politely after reaching us, "So good to see you're alright..." he said to me rubbing back of his head, "and I'm sorry I was on Elaina's side before... I should've known you did nothing wrong..."

"Let bygones be bygones", I replied rather quickly, "However, I was just wondering if you want to..." I started but Pandora cut me off asking him to dance with her. I knew she would be brave enough. And I saw Nigel blush too when he said yes... how cute! I smiled looking at the dancing couple.

I felt someone grabbing my waist from behind and I immediately knew it was Jay. "I want to show you something", he whispered to my ear and started to walk me off the party.

He leaded me to one of the castle's balconies. We started to look at the sky... the stars were shining so brightly. I sighed.

Jay took my hand and I turned to look at his eyes. "You know I love you, right?" he asked and I nodded.

'What's in his mind?' I thought but just waited patiently.

He took a long breath, smirked and kneeled in front of me, "Hannah, my princess, I know I have just got you back but I want to ask you something I've wanted to ask for so long."

I'd already covered my mouth with my hand because I knew what was coming.

"So Hannah, the love of my life, will you be mine?" he asked and took the most beautiful ring I have ever seen from his pocket.

I wasn't able to speak... I was so happy but I just couldn't respond that sudden so he continued quickly, "It's just a promising ring... we don't have to get married or anything..." but I cut him off.

"I'll", I breathed out. Now it was his time to get speechless. He stared at me for a minute but then he slowly stood up and put the ring on my finger.

The ring

I raised my hand and started to admire the ring. It was beautiful and it fit me perfectly. Then I lifted my glance back to Jay. He was looking at the ground afraid my reactions. I smirked at him, took him by his collar and connected our lips. He kissed me back with force and I couldn't help but smile through the kiss.

"I'll definitely marry you someday, my thief", I whispered to his ear when we separated.

"I love you, my princess", he whispered back.

"I love you too", I said and we kissed again.

Suddenly the balcony went full of people. "What's going on?" I asked someone.

"The fireworks, for you", she replied.

Jay put his arms around me and brought me closer to him, "Or for us", he said.

I smiled, "For us", I kissed him gently. We kept kissing while the fireworks exploded above us.

After a while someone interrupted us by grabbing my hand, "Is that what I think it is?" I recognized Evie's voice shouting. When I raised my glance at her she was already pointing on my finger. People around us started to gasp.

'Oh boy, this is going to be a long night...'
