24 ~ Miserable Love

Hannah's POV

I let out a shaking breath. Evie hadn't said anything in the whole ten minutes we'd been in the room after Finn had left. The truth hit me... I didn't love Finn... so I must love... no! 'Now don't even think about his name...' I told myself sighing again.

"That means... oh my gosh!" Evie covered her mouth with her hand.

"I don't feel my legs!" I shouted cutting off Evie's thoughts. I lifted my sheets and my whole legs were blue as ice. I lowered the blanket quickly back.

"What! We have to find him... I'll ask my mirror who is the closest from us... Fairy Godmother will find him... don't worry", she tried to calm me but I think she was the one who panicked... and I couldn't understand half what she was planning to do. She started to search her pockets, "I can't find it!"

"Calm down Evie... where did you see it last time?" I asked. I had already covered my little panic with my usual calmness.

"I really can't remember", she said walking restless in my dorm. Then she walked to the door.

"You can leave me for a while. I'll be okay", I said to her.

"No, I won't leave you", she said, opened the door and started to yell for help eyeing me at the same time.

"Evie please", I tried to make her stop when Lonnie and Pandora came to the door.

"What's up?" Pandora asked. They had visited me before so seeing me wasn't a shock anymore.

"She doesn't feel her legs anymore", Evie said hysterically and the other two gasped. 'Wonderful way to say that Evie!' I shook my head. We really didn't need more panic right now.

"And Finn kissed her, nothing happened", Evie continued and they gasped again. I started to roll my eyes. "That means Hannah doesn't love Finn but..."

"Enough!" I yelled and the others turned to look at me, "They got the point. Could someone just get Fairy Godmother here?"

"I'll get her. You two stay right here and take care of her", Evie ordered and left the room.

"I feel sleepy..." I whispered and closed my eyes. They let me sleep and I was happy for that. In dream I had flashback about Jay...

At the time when Hannah and Jay were together in the Isle of the Lost:

Hannah's flashback:

I was in Evie's house for the first time in my life. I was a bit scared but I wanted to spend the day with her. For some reason she pick this day for long before it was. I wondered why. Maybe she had planned everything ready... but she wasn't so I started to have some suspicious when Evie didn't want to leave before 7 pm. I couldn't resist but ask about it.

"What's going on?"

"What do you mean?" Evie asked maybe little too innocently.

"Don't try... why do you have to keep me away from home. And don't tell me Mal, Jay and Carlos tried to bake again", I remembered that time and bursted into small laugh.

Evie laughed too, "I can assure you it's nothing like that", she said between giggles.

"Then what?" I asked strictly.

"You'll see", she said mysteriously. I furrowed my eyebrows as she just laughed at me.

Finally we were home again. I sighed and took my shoes off. I was little tired but I just wanted to know what surprise will wait for me there.
