27 ~ Happily Ever After

Jay's POV

I couldn't stop crying. I hugged her even tighter just like it could still help something. She was gone and I couldn't do anything about it. I felt something moving in my hair. I was getting mad because it felt like she would run her fingers through it. I cried louder. I missed her touch so much. Then I felt her chest moving under my head. 'Jay, it's only your imagination. She's dead', I said to myself and kept crying.

"Why are we crying?" I heard a voice. It was hers. I slowly rose my glance to her. But what I saw was far away what I thought about. It was her - alive. And she was looking at me eyes full of tears, tears of happiness.

I placed my hand on her cheek and looked at her, "How can you... I thought... you..." I stuttered and she hugged me.

"You saved me... as always", she whispered to my ear.

I lifted her up from her bed and spun her around. She just giggled. "You're my hero", she whispered when I lowered her back onto her bed. I sat next to her and stared at her eyes, her beautiful eyes. Then I leaned closer and kissed her. She immediately kissed back. I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her even closer to me. She was mine... she was finally mine! I couldn't help but smile through the kiss. This was my dream come true.

We both were out of breath when we separated. "God, I love you", I breathed keeping our eye contact. Then she kissed me again, more passionately this time. We continued kissing until we heard someone coughing. As we turned to look behind us we heard a little laugh too.

There was a woman. She's about the same age as everyone's parents and I immediately knew who's mother she was.

"It's so nice to finally meet you personally", she said to Hannah. Hannah just smiled. I think she had no idea who the woman in her room was and she noticed that too, "You don't recognize me", she laughed a little, "How even could you? You saw me last time when you were so little. We all thought you were dead but I see how this handsome young man saved you", she smiled brightly and turned her look at me, "Thank you for that." I just nodded.

"Can I ask who are you?" Hannah suddenly said.

"I'm so sorry I didn't introduce myself sooner. I'm your aunt", the smile didn't disappear from her face.

"Elsa..." Hannah muttered staring at her.

"Yes my darling", she came closer to us, "And actually I'm your godmother too." Hannah's eyes widened and she kept staring at Elsa. They hugged warmly. When Elsa broke the hug she continued to speak, "Fairy Godmother invited me. She told you might die and I tried to hurry so I could see you. I'm sorry I didn't came earlier. And now when you're alive we'll threw a party for you."

"Oh, you don't need to do that", Hannah tried to be politely.

"It's the least I can do... after what my daughter did to you. She'll leave with me and when she's capable to control her powers she'll return. I hope you'll give her a second change", Elsa said with teary eyes.

"Of course, I gave him one too", Hannah said looking at me. She squeezed my hand gently.

"Thank you. Anyway, the party will begin in 6 pm. tonight. I'll handle everything... and Hannah?" Hannah turned to look at her. "I have another surprise for you", Elsa said and winked. Hannah gave her a curious look. "I have a special guest with me and you might like to see her... and I think we'll leave you alone", Elsa looked at me significantly. I kissed Hannah one last time and whispered to her ear, "Love you, I'll pick you up to the party", then I left the dorm with Elsa.

Hannah's POV

I watched how my new-found-aunt walked out of the room with the love of my life. I sighed. I was so excited to see who my aunt bring with.

I looked myself from mirror while I waited. I looked horrible but that was something to expect after everything I'd got through. But I was safe now. I felt like nothing could harm me anymore.

The door behind me opened slowly. I saw a woman about same age as my aunt. She had bright blue eyes and stawberry blond hair with blond streak on it. Then it hit me. I knew who she was and I knew this was the moment I'd waited for so long.

"Mom?" I whispered. She froze and just stared into my eyes. I turned my head away, "I'm so sorry. I know I have my father's eyes", I muttered at her.

She came closer and put her hand under my chin so I had to look back again, "Oh my love. It's not that... I just wanted to take a look at my daughter", she said and smiled.

"I've waited this for so long. Dad told me you're ill and that's why I can't see you", I whispered.

"Oh my dear, that's true I was sic but I'm better now... good enough to see you... my beautiful daughter. I'm so sorry I wasn't part of my life earlier...", her eyes watered and I know mine were too.

I hugged her tightly, "I love you mom... with all your faults", I whispered to her ear.

"I love you too", she whispered back. And we kept hugging and crying. I had finally a mom! The day couldn't come any better.

After an hour or so the Fairy Godmother appeared to my dorm. I'd changed my clothes and brushed my hair and I think I finally looked like a human again.

"Are you feeling well now?" she asked with worrying tone.

"Yes, thank you for asking", I smiled at her.

She smiled back, "I have some bad news. Your father has been arrested", she said quietly.

I stood up from my bed, "For what?" 'What could he've done?'

"He was the one who cast the memory-spell", I tried to protest by saying he couldn't do magic but she cut me off, "Dr. Facilier cast the spell for him. Your father also kidnapped Jay and tried to kill him."

My mouth dropped. 'How dare he? I trusted him with my life and... he betrayed me like this!', my fists clenched. I started to breath slowly and I calmed down. Then I concentrated back to the Fairy Godmother.

"You have the right to decide what we should do with him... You'll meet him later today", I opened my mouth again to remind her about the party when she cut me off again, "We should go now... So you'll get into the party in time."

'What a mind reader', I thought and followed her outside.

I saw my father. He was brought from the Isle so I could speak with him and tell him his judgement. We were on the shoreline as near the Isle as possible so they could take him back when I say so. He didn't look at me when we came closer. He just stood there staring at the ground.

When we were right in front of him Fairy Godmother squeezed my hand and left me with him and couple of guards.

"Dad?" I asked so I could make him look at me. It worked. He looked at me, eyes full of tears and pain. "I want you to know I wasn't behind Jay's remove back to the Isle. I tried to stop it. It was fully your plan. Do you have something to defend yourself?" I asked looking at him sternly. I really regret it because I could see from his eyes he didn't mean to harm me.

He sighed and said: "I know you would never hurt someone like that. And Hannah... I love you." I stepped closer and he turn his gaze away from me. "It's okay, you can hit me if you want", he sighed deeply, "Just like your mother did."

I wasn't even going to hit him. Why on earth would I do something like that? He was still my father after all. And I knew he did it only because he thought I would be happy after it.
So I just wrapped my arms around him. He froze. That was something he didn't expect. But he hugged me back and I whispered to him, "I love you too dad.... more than you can even imagine."
