Chapter Twenty One : The Search Continues

The trio and now Akra had left the hidden Rebels base to which they had made their way back to the embassy to which Gwen looked at Akra who seemed troubled. Are you okay? Gwen asked Akra who looked around before speaking. I've never been up top like this before have to keep alert could be trouble she said to which John smirked. Yeah like you and your rebels John said to which Ashley hushed him. I do apologize for that again though these are troubling times couldn't be too careful she said to which Gwen nodded in agreement. The trio had walked until they had made it back to the crumbling embassy, managing to make it back to the area where they were ambushed Gwen had looked around the dusty old room. So what are we looking for exactly? Akra said to which Gwen looked around, anything about the location of the key a parchment of paper or a book or something she said. As she walked Gwen felt the floor heavily creak under her feet to which she brushed it off to which the floor soon gave out from under her causing her to fall through. Gwen! are you all right Ashley yelled down to which Gwen replied. Ah shit! yeah I'm okay just hate falling through floors she said rubbing her head, looks like there's some sort of passageway come on down. A moment later Akra jumped down followed by John and Ashley as the group had continued on, until they had reached what appeared to be a large room filled with books. Hmm Looks like some sort of library Ashley said looking around with Gwen as John replies ,under the Embassy how come we never knew about this before he said to which Gwen looked around. Alright lets split up to look around here John and Ash can check that side and me and Akra this one, Gwen said before they split up as each went to search their respected sections. They had spent what felt like hours reading through the dusty old books which yet again yielded no information on the location of the key as Ashley started to speak, Did you guys find anything? she asked Gwen and Akra to which they shook their heads. No not a thing looks like this place is a bust Akra said to which Gwen sighed, Damn it I thought I was on to something. Gwen proceeded to walk to which she tripped on something before being caught by Akra who then spoke to her, whoa easy there got ya are you okay? she said to which Gwen nodded. Yeah thanks what did I even trip on she said looking back at the object as she picked it up Gwen started to examine it, Looks like a sheath to a blade of some kind Gwen said as she examined it closely. Turning around Ashley's eyes widened at what Gwen was holding in her hands to which she spoke, Gwen! do you realize what your holding in her hands she asked to which Gwen looked confused. Its the Sheath to your father's sword she said to which Gwen looked at it  Could it possibly be?, hmm It looks worn and is rusting a bit John said holding it as Gwen then speaks. Dad he was here she said smiling a bit as Akra then speaks up well there is no doubt this is his sheath, though the question still remains where is the sword? Akra asked walking closer. That's what worries me for the sheath to be here with no sword isn't a good sign at all Ashley said looking around as Gwen then speaks again, Maybe dad has it with him she said to which Akra nodded as she spoke again Lets all hope that's true , Well there's nothing else left for us to do here the best thing we can do now is to work with what we have. However as they made their way back to the surface they were met with a several black cars, driving around them to which a large group of men in black suits surrounded them while holding their guns at the group to which they stood silent as an agent walked up .Hands up! we have them one of the agents said to which John's face turned into an angered expression,  to which the agents then  talked again. Take the blond haired women and the one with the bag they said to which John lashed out but not before being knocked out,  by one of the agents followed by Akra as Gwen shouted. John! Akra! she yelled before she began thrashing around as the tried to restrain her as one of the agents spoke,  she's moving too much get the sedative one of them  said reaching into the back seat. As Gwen kicked and punched the agents away she threw away the journal to the side before being grabbed, once again by the agents who injected the syringe into her neck as she then gasped. Falling to the ground the last thing Gwen saw was an unconscious Ashley being loaded up into one of the black cars,  and John and Akra on the ground surrounded by more agents before she too passed out.
