Dr. Rochelle moved the little device around Bey's stomach and nodded.

"Yep, you're definitely pregnant. I would say about six or seven weeks." She said. I looked at Bey and saw her biting her lip. I brought her hand up to my lips and kissed it a few times, earning a small smile from her. Good, I wanted her to relax. "But you do have an extra little surprise in there."

Bey and I both looked at her. "What?" Bey asked. I was thinking the same thing. What the hell is she talking about?

"Look," Dr. Rochelle pointed to the screen and moved the thing around some more. I wasn't sure what I was looking at so I was waiting for one of them to say something.

Bey gasped and I looked down at her. "Are there...."

"Two? Yes." Dr. Rochelle smiled brightly. "Congratulations Mama and Daddy, you're having twins."

My mouth dropped a little. I looked back at Bey and she was staring at me. "Twins." She mouthed. I nodded and leaned down to kiss her.

"Do you want to hear your babies heartbeats?" Dr. Rochelle asked.

"Yes." Beyoncé said quickly. "Please."

Dr. Rochelle nodded and did what she does. A few seconds later the sound of our babies heartbeats filled the room. I looked over at Bey and saw her crying. Shit, my eyes were getting a little misty too.

"As of right now they both look healthy and clearly have strong heartbeats, which is what we want to see. Beyoncé, I know you're worried, but just try to take it easy. You need to keep your stress levels low for the sake of you and the babies." She told Bey.

Beyoncé nodded and I wiped away her tears before kissing her forehead. I was worried too, but I wanted to be as positive as possible. I don't want to think about the bad shit. I knew Bey was going to have these babies, I just had a feeling.

"Is there anything else we should know? Like how does carrying twins differ from one baby?" I asked. I needed to make a mental note of all these things and take them into consideration for Bey.

"Well of course she'll become twice the size, and carrying twins is a higher risk pregnancy than it would be with a single baby." Dr. Rochelle said. "But don't worry about that. Beyoncé, I want you to take care of yourself and carry on with your everyday life as you normally would. Yes, you should be mindful of what you do, but don't hold back because of your pregnancy. If these babies are supposed to be here, they're going to be here. You should be fine."

"Okay, I will." Bey said. She didn't look completely convinced, but I knew she would listen.

"Should I get copies of the ultrasound for you?"

"Please." Bey nodded. Dr. Rochelle told us she'd be back and left the room.

I looked at Bey. "You know I'm not about to let you be at that studio all night right?" I said.

Beyoncé raised her eyebrow. "You not about to let me? You my daddy now?"

"You know what I mean." Bey smiled and gently shoved me. "You need to be resting more, baby. You can't be working these crazy hours no more. I want you in bed with me every night."

"I'll be in bed with you almost every night, okay?" Bey said and tugged me down. I sighed and kissed her slowly. My girl's lips man, I can't wait til they get swollen. Don't worry about why, that's my business. "I'm still gonna work on finishing this album though. The tour will obviously have to be delayed, but the album doesn't have to be."
