17 - "come on princess"

17 | Kai

The silence in the air consumed me as we sat through another episode. This episode has since then finished and the credits roll up the screen I attempt to pull myself up from the small sofa. Luke is sprawled out beside me, his mouth slightly open as small snores escape from his lips.

Once I manage to get myself up and on my feet I walk to the kitchen to get myself a glass of water hoping that the sound of the tap doesn't wake Luke up. From what I've learned Luke is an extremely light sleeper, and that even laughing slightly will wake him up.

I sip at my water slightly trying to come to terms with what had happened. Luke touched me. He touched me and not in a friendly, 'oh we bumped shoulders' sort of way. He touched me in a way I've never been touched before and I'm not sure whether I liked it or was completely terrified of it.

I've never done anything like that before and quite frankly he's the first boy to ever almost get to third base, usually the boy would have been pushed off me before he attempted to grab my boobs.

"Deep in thought." I hear a voice chuckle, I lift my head ultimately breaking my gaze from the floor and make eye contact with Luke,

His hair is a dishevelled mess with small strands sticking to his forehead and his eyes are more or less narrowed shut as he looks at me in my brightly lit kitchen.

I laugh quietly and shrug taking another sip of my water, he walks over to my cupboard and grabs himself a glass that he also precedes to fill with water. He leans against the counter beside me and I smile, whether in embarrassment or just pure happiness I do not know but I smile nonetheless.

The kitchen is silent yet me and Luke continue to look at each other with goofy grins on our face as if we know a secret nobody else does.

I look up at the clock momentarily to check the time, 3:30AM. This mixed with the sheer fact that I have classes starting back up soon almost makes me regret bringing Luke over this afternoon, when I look back at him with the goofy smile on his face the regret melts away.

"Can we do something?" He asks breaking the harsh silence as I raise my eyebrows suspiciously at him,

"Sure." I mumble I head lowered towards my glass,

Sure I can take smiling at him without feeling awkward but actually taking to him feels like a whole new scenario, with a whole new plot that I have only now introduced to. I seems like just seconds ago he was trying to get me kicked out of band practise and now he's smiling at me from my kitchen counter.

"Can we do anything I like?" He asks again hope present in his groggy and sleepy voice, "Even if it's weird and completely out of the blue?" He adds with a large smile on his face as he begins sipping away at his water once again waiting for an answer,

What has he got in mind? His personality and mood swings have been driving me wild all night and quite honestly I'd rather sleep than do anything at this time. I look at him to give him my answer and for some reason the words that leave my mouth are all but what I want to say, instead of saying no we need to sleep the stupid smile on his face twists my words.

"Sure anything." I smile back at him internally battling with myself because I know deep down I've probably just made the biggest and most costly deal with the devil,

Lucifer if you will.

His smile is large as he places his cup of water down on the kitchen counter, he pulls mine out of my hands also as he places it next to his. His hand grabs softly onto my arm as he drags me slightly towards the front door, he begins pulling on his shoes before he looks at me a the same smile painted across his pale and rosy lips.

I sigh and pull my white converse on my feet as I grab my denim jacket from the coat hook at the back of my door and turn to Luke.

"Come on princess lets go on an adventure."

THIS WASNT VERY LONG AND I HATE MYSELF BECAUSE I WANTED TO PUT A REALLY LONG ONE UP. HAVE YOU NOTICED THAT IF YOU READ THE STORY CAREFULLY YOULL REALISE THAT KAI HASNT CHANGED CLOTHES IN THE PASY SIX CHAPTERS ALL BECAUSE THEYRE OVER THE SPAN OF TWO DAYS.

MY UPDATE SCHEDULE WILL BE ALTERED NOW AND I MAY HAVE TO UPDATE MAYBE TWICE A WEEK INSTEAD OF THREE-FOUR TIMES SO MAYBE ON A TUESDAY AND A SATURDAY? IM NOT SURE YET BUT IT WILL PROBABLY BE EVERY THREE - FOUR DAYS.

ILL ALSO TRY AND MAKE THEM LONGER. HINT THE NEXT CHAPTER HAD MAJOR FEELS.
