The plate of food set in front of me seems all but appetising as I stare down at it, in fact looking at the small plate of fries in front of me makes me want to vomit more than anything and maybe it's because Finley is sat beside me ranting about Heather, all I can think about is Heather and it's making me sick to my stomach.

Once Finley has finally calmed down enough she asks if I'm going to eat my fries to which I respond by pushing the small plate towards her, not a word dropping from my lips.

Am I upset? Angry? Pissed off? All of the above?

The answer is all of the above, what I really don't understand is how he can go from hating me to almost fucking me to ignoring me, it's an all to confusing cycle that's really fucking with my head. Finley however, being the observant person she it's, notices my distress as she places a arm around my shoulder.

I rest my head on her shoulder as she finishes off the fries, the question I've been dying to ask slips from my tongue before I can stop it.

"Why do you hate Heather so much?"

Her head turns to me, eyebrows furrowed, "Why don't you?"

"I do, it's just you seem to hate her in a way that makes me suspect you've already planned her murder and bought the equipment." I elaborate quickly, my hands making various hand gestures that I have possibly no control over,

The shadow of a smile nips at her lips and if I didn't know any better then I'd assume I'm right, I shake my head in both disbelief and shock.

"No way." She nods, "Fucking hell you are crazy, but same though."

She laughs pulling me closer to her, the door to the small cafe opens and I'm walks Luke without Heather, surprisingly since they'd been glued to each other's hips for the past month which just happens to be how long I've been avoiding him. His eyes scan the entirety of the small room before his gaze settles upon me, the small and accidental action is enough to make my heart race as he approaches the counter.

Finley notices my sudden silence as she eyes me suspiciously, her gaze following mine and a smirk makes its way onto her face which in turn lets me know she's about to do something I will despise her for. I shake my head frantically, pulling away from her embrace as I attempt to stop her from doing whatever she has planned.

"Luke!" She shouts and I clasp a hand over her mouth in fright, her eyes scan me in disbelief as I retrieve my hand with a sigh knowing it's too late now,

When I look back up at Luke he is already doing the same, his eyes locking with mine. He looks a lot more put together, his once messy hair that I too adored was now cut and styled back into his signature quiff and the usual eye bags gone.

Finley waves him over to which he does with much confusion, he sits down slowly as Finley decides she shall interrogate him.

"Any plans?" She asks quickly grabbing another of my mildly cold fries in her hands,

Luke shakes his head, "Nope just wanted something to eat for my movie marathon." He admits as dirty thoughts of what we did just over a month ago filled my head,

Though just as quick as the thoughts appeared they were gone, Luke and Finley seem to be engaged in some sort of conversation that I decide to ignore. Well that is until my name is, rather loudly and intentionally, mentioned sounding completely out of place since Finley had decided to blare it loudly mid sentence.
