Chapter 9

Jayden's POV

I walked Rocky into his house and sat him on the couch. "Is anyone home" I asked. "yea I think Riker is upstairs" he said. I walked over to the stairs. "Riker get your but down here" I yelled. A few seconds later he came downstairs. "Whats wrong" he asked when he saw Rocky wincing in pain. "He kind of fell off my balcony and landed on his back" I said. "Oh my gosh Rocky are you okay" he asked. "Oh yea just peachy" he said making me laugh.  He looked up and smiled at me.  "Let me get you an ice pack" he said walking to the kitchen. "You gunna be okay I have to get to bed for school tomorrow" I asked. "Yea Riker should be able to keep me alive until mom and dad get home" he said. "here put this on your back" Riker said handing Rocky the ice pack. "Okay well I have to go, I will see you later" I said walking to the door.  "Wait" Rocky said getting up and walking over to me. "Your still coming with me after you get out tomorrow right" he said. "Are you sure your going to be okay for then" I asked. "Yea Ill be fine" he said. "then yes I will see you when I get out" I smiled. "Night" he said kissing my cheek.  "Night Rocky" I said. "Bye Riker" I yelled as I walked out the door.

Riker's POV

"What was that about" I asked Rocky when he sat back down. "What was what" he said. "You kissed her cheek" I said. "So" he said. "She was mad at you a few hours ago now she is letting you kiss her cheek" I said. "Well we were talking that's why I was on her balcony to begin with" he said. "Oh really, and how did that go" I said smirking. "Fine I guess" he said. "Fine you guess, that's total bull Rocky if you didn't make up she wouldn't have walked you back home to make sure you were okay, now spill what happened." I said. "Fine, I saw her crying so I went over and we talked and made up and I told her I liked her and she admitted to liking me too.  I asked her if she wanted to go somewhere after school, she said yes, I kissed her cheek. Next thing I know im falling to the ground" he said. "Why do I feel like your leaving something out from kissing her cheek to you ending up on the ground" I said. "ugg fine, I was climbing over the railing and she stopped me and kissed me, I kid of went to pull her closer and lost my grip on the rail and fell" he said smiling. "Wow" I said. "you actually kissed her" I said. "Well she kissed me, but yea I guess" hate said smiling again. "Well congrats man, you should tell Delly thought, she hasn't come out of her room since Jay ran out earlier" I said. "okay I will" he said getting up and walking up the stairs.

Rocky's POV

I walked up the stairs and knocked on Rydels door. "Yea" she said. I opened the door and walked inside. "What happened to you" she asked pointing to the ice pack and the cuts on my arm. "Jayden happened" I said. "How" she asked. "Well we made up and kind of kissed and I fell over her balcony" I said. "YOU KISSED!" she screamed. "Yes Delly calm down" I chuckled. "Gosh Rocky thank God I was so worried she was never going to forgive you and you were going to end up alone forever" she said. "Wow thanks for having faith in me Dell" I said laughing. "Are you okay" she asked. "Yea just a little sore" I said. "I am taking her out after school tomorrow" I said. "Aww Rocky that's so cute I hope everything works out" she said. "Yea me too" I said. "Im going to go get some rest I will see you in the morning" I said. "Okay night" she said.  I walked down the all to Ross and Rylands room and walked in. "Hey man I need you to do me a favor" I said. "Sure whats up" Ryland said. "Jayden is starting school with you tomorrow and I was hoping you could kind of show her around be her friend so she doesn't feel totally awkward about it" I said. "That depends are you two together" he asked. "Um kind of I guess" I said. "What do you mean kind of" he asked. "Well we are hanging out after school tomorrow but I have not exactly asked her to be my girlfriend yet" I said. "Are you planning on it" he asked. 

"Yea tomorrow" I said. "Then sure I will help her out as long as you promise to ask her out" he said. "I promise, and thanks man" I said before walking back to my room and climbing into my bed.  I smiled thinking about spending time with Jay tomorrow and with that fell asleep thinking of her.
