"Go home." I say kind of sadly.
That was the hardest thing I've ever had to say EVER.
"We will miss you but I totally understand." Victoria says while giving me a hug.
"I'll miss you sooooo much Emily." Cruz says as he hugs me.
"I'll miss you Emily." Brooklyn says while hugging me.
"We will all miss you and your family but, we will definitely keep in touch." David says as he hugs me.
"Emily don't leave!" Harper says as she hugs me.
"I'll miss you all so much." I say while hugging Harper.
"Our flight leaves at noon." My dad says.
"We will all take you." David says.
"Thank you." My mom says.
I head upstairs. I look to see if Romeo's door is open but nope it closed. I need to tell him my decision. I decide to text him.
Me: Hey. Hope u r feeling better. Can we talk?
Romeo: I heard everything.
Me: Oh. Can we still talk?
Romeo: What's there to talk about?
Me: Never mind.
He's so rude. But I still miss him.
Next I text Alexa.
Me: I made my decision.
Alexa: What is it??
Me: I'm coming home
Alexa: Guess my best friend won't be a model😕JK!!! I can't wait to see you💓💓💓
Me: U 2💞
Alexa: I would be happy with what ever you chose but I'm glad I get to see you soon!💗
Me: It was a tough decision at first but then I realized
Alexa: Realized what?!
Me: That Romeo is a jerk😡
Alexa: He's probably just sad ur leaving
Me: Maybe but he was ignoring me before
Alexa: Are u SURE u didn't say anything about u leaving???
Me: Um maybe I think I said something when I declined ur FaceTime. I think I said, "I'll see her soon"
Alexa: Honestly I think Romeo likes u and was sad u said u were "leaving".
Me: Idk... but I miss him
Alexa: I have to go but see you soon and don't worry too much about Romeo
Me: Bye👋
I decide to pack my bag and then head to bed.
I wake up at 7:30 and check my phone to see if I got a text from Romeo. Nothing from Romeo. But Brooklyn did tag me in the photo. It's a group photo we took on the 4th day. He captioned it, "Gonna miss them🇺🇸🇬🇧". I comment back, "Awww I'm gonna miss u tons😘". Mac, Evan, and Cruz comment.
For the rest of the morning I just get ready to leave. I'm gonna miss London and Romeo even though we haven't talked recently.
"C'mon everyone!" David yells.
I grab my bags and put the letter from Romeo in my jacket pocket. Everyone runs down and crams in the car. Romeo sits next to me but we don't say anything to each other.
The Beckham's come through the whole airport with us. At the beginning there's paparazzi but once we got through security it was all good. When we get to the gate, I hug first David then Victoria then Brooklyn then Cruz then Harper. I see Romeo standing there looking down and I give him a big hug. He gives a subtle smile back. We all wave good bye as we head on the plane. Right as I sit down I open the letter from Romeo. I'm scared. I open it and begin to read.
Dear Em,
I don't know if your leaving or staying as I'm writing this but there's a few things I want you to know. First of all you are the best person I have ever met. We've only known each other for a few days but I have loved every moment with you. If you are on the plane right now I wish you a safe trip and I hope to keep in touch and see u as much as we can. I visit LA a lot and I know I will see you. If you are staying in London I can't wait to model and spend more time with you. You mean so much to me and I know you will go so far in life whether I'm by your side or not (I hope I am;)). You are literally the most amazing girl ever and I hope you always know that. I'm soooo glad we met on the airplane and I'm soooo glad your hotel over booked. I honestly thought I'd never see again after that plane ride. My favorite moments of this week have been the moments just with you. I hope you chose to do the campaign but I understand if you didn't. If you are going home right now promise me you will text me everyday. There's something that I've been wanting to tell you ever since I met you but I didn't know how to say it so I'm writing it. I like you. Not just as a friend but more than that. I understand if you don't feel the same way but I just needed to get this off my chest. I know this is long and cheesy but I needed to tell you this. Thank you for all you've done. Love,
