"You've got to be kidding me." Brooklyn says shocked. I turn around to see Chloe standing there with her arms out getting ready for a hug from Brooklyn. Instead of Brooklyn hugging her he just started with a blank face.
"Um Chloe, what are you doing here?" Brooklyn asks.
"I came to surprise you silly," She says giving him a hug.
He doesn't hug back.
"Hey Chloe, nice to see you." Victoria says.
"Nice to see you too, great show!" He says.
Brooklyn looks at me with an annoyed look, I mouth the words "I'm sorry". Romeo looks at me confused. I tap my nose.
Romeo grabs my hand and begins to lead me into the hallway of the showroom.
"Romeo, hi! Who's this?" Chloe asks him.
"Oh hey Chloe. This is Emily, my girlfriend." He says the word girlfriend really quietly.
"Nice to meet you Emily." She says while shaking my hand.
"Nice to meet you too!" I say faking a smile.
I look at Romeo and we begin to move away from the crowds.
"So what's up with you and Brooklyn?" He asks me.
"Oh um, Brooklyn told me something." I say.
"What did he tell you...?" Romeo says very confused.
"He told me that he was thinking about breaking up with Chloe." I say quietly.
"Wait really?!" Romeo says completely shocked.
"Yeah, he says that he doesn't get excited thinking about her and stuff." I say.
"Whoa that actually sucks that she's here." Romeo says while he still holds my hand.
"Did you know she was coming?" I ask him.
"I would have told you if she was coming." He says while laughing.
"That's weird that she kinda just showed up." I say.
"Yeah, my dad is not happy about it." Romeo says trying to see if they can see them. "We should probably to go back so my family doesn't get suspicious."
"Okay..." I say getting up.
Romeo whispers to me, "We are leaving NYC tomorrow and I think she might be coming home with us."
"Oh my god." I say shocked.
We walk back over to the rest of the crew and Romeo and I go on our phones, Romeos posts a photo congratulating his mom.
