We stop by a gas station on the way to Robert's. Robert passes out again before we even get their, and Zach and Austin put him in the back seat with me, then try to get the vomit and aroma of the vomit out of the car.
"I could help you know." I say not wanting to sit in the back with Robert any longer than I have to.
Austin and Zach decline my offer saying they can handle it. I look at Robert who's now laying on my lap and wondering how did I even get to know him.
Sitting in the back of the classroom it's my first day. Looking around the class, I see everyone already having previous friends except me, and the teacher enters.
"Students, today we will be learning about each other. You will ask your partner five questions, and then when the timer goes off you will switch."
The teacher goes along the list and it's almost unfair that I get stuck with Robert, because despite what the teacher says everyone else decides who they want to pair with, and Robert could of paired with Sadie but pairs with me almost out of pity.
"Hello." Robert says
"Hi." I say nervously
"I don't bite you know."
"Yeah, I guess, but it's my first day here. I'm just nervous."
"Oh. Well than I'll show you around then, grade?"
"Freshmen." I state
"Sophomore." Robert responds
"Cool."
"I guess that was our first question." Robert smiles "Now you can ask."
"Ummm....what do you want to be when you grow up?"
Robert chuckles, "I guess a rapper. I just want to make music you know, you?"
"I aspire to be a writer."
"Bbbbbboooorrrinnggggg. Do you hear that on yeah, it's the boring ring. Bo-ringggg."
"Well how rude of you." I say flashing a smile.
"Be creative. You're pretty, think outside of the box."
"Pretty? You're are a natural comedian."
"You are pretty. Which leads me to my next question."
"Okay?"
"Would you ever go on a date with me?"
"We just met."
''I didn't say now, I said ever."
"Sure I guess." I say totally not sure.
"That was a yes or no question."
"Then yes?" I state
"I'll take it. It's your turn. Three left."
"Where would you take me on our first date?"
"That is a important factor. I would take you on a dinner date to wherever you wanted to go."
"Ahh, okay, okay. Your turn."
"Would you ever sleep with a guy on the first date?"
"No?! Why would you ask that, do I look like the type to sleep with someone on the first date?"
"No, just that a lot of freshmen girls sleep around. I like a girl who can respect herself."
"Whatever." I say "Next quesetion--"
"That was the last one."
"No, we have one left."
"Nope. You asked 'Why would I ever ask that'."
"Whatever." I respond
Five second later, and the timer goes off saying it's time to switch partners.
