Kristen's POV
The next morning I woke up to my phone ringing so I got up and answered it. "Hello?" "WHAT TIME ARE YOU COMING HOME?!" It was aunt Clair. "What time is it?" "Its 6 damn 30!" "Aunt Clair I have to wait till Ellen wakes up." "SOON AS SHE GETS UP YOU BRING YOUR ASS HOME!!" she screamed. "Ok." Aunt Clair hung up and I got back in the bed with Jason. "What is her problem?" Jason asked. "I'm sorry she woke you up." "What is her problem?" "I don't know I think she's drunk." "Is she gonna hit you?" "Probably." "Why?" "I'm gonna tell her about you today when I get home." Jason exhaled. "That's a double edge sword." "I don't want her to hurt you." "Jason she has to know what if she see's us together? Then it'll be worse than me telling her." "I just don't see why she has to hit you." "Its just a little bit longer." I kissed him. "Yeah." "Maybe she won't hit you if I come to meet her." I thought about it. She didn't hit me when Ellen came to the house so maybe she won't. "Jason I don't know.." "Baby we have to try." "... Jay.." "I'm going with you, I'll wait outside till you tell her." I looked at him for a few seconds then he kissed me. "What if they try to hurt you?" "I can defend myself." I started to cry and Jason sat up and hugged me. "We have to try something." "Ok.." I sniffed. "Ok?" "Yeah.. She can't know that you were here this weekend." "I know." Jason kissed me then we went back to sleep till around 1. When we got up again I took a shower then Jason. We got dressed and talked to Ellen and Bryan for a while then we left for my house.
"What are you gonna say?" Jason asked. "About what?" "You said she can't know that I was there so what are you going to tell her?" "just that Ellen didn't feel to well so I called you." "Oh ok." "Jay its gonna be alright." I kissed his cheek and put my head on his shoulder. I was so scared of telling aunt Clair about Jason, I didn't know what she was gonna do or say. I didn't know if she would get uncle James to try and hurt him. I just didn't know a lot. What I did know was they weren't gonna rip Jason and I apart, weather they said I could be with him or not I was gonna stay with him. We've only been seeing each other a week and a few days but he already mean so much to me. Jason pulled in front of my house and looked at me. "Jay it's alright." I kissed and hugged him then got out. "I'm right here." He said. "Ok." I smiled and walked to the house. I took a deep breath then went inside. Soon as I got in the house my aunt started on me. "What the hell took you so long?!" "Ellen didn't feel well so I had to call someone to pick me up." She slapped me and I fell on the floor. My nose instantly started to bleed. "Aunt Clair.." "SHUT UP!" She kicked me in the side and I screamed from the pain. "Aunt Clair there's someone you have to meet." I managed to say through the kicks. She stopped hitting me and looked at me. "Who!" "His name is Jason." "I don't want to meet any of your damn friends." "He's not just my friend, He's my boyfriend." ""WHO TOLD YOU YOU COULD HAVE A BOYFRIEND?!" I didn't answer her so she pulled me up by my hair. "Who?!" "He's outside waiting to meet you." "You're trying to make me look bad aren't you?!" "No." I sniffed. "Go cleaned yourself up!" "Ok." I walked to the bathroom and washed my face, I tried to get my nose to stop bleeding but it wouldn't. "Aunt Clair?" "What?" "My nose won't stop bleeding." She exhaled. "Come here." She got my nose to stop then told me to go get Jason.
Jason's POV
I was sitting in the car waiting for Kristen to come get me. "She's been in there a while." I started to get worried. I calmed myself down by taking deep breaths then I heard screaming. "Oh man, maybe this wasn't a good idea." A few minutes later Kristen walked out of the house and over to the truck. "She wants you to come in now." Kristen never looked at me. "She was hitting you wasn't she?" I was so mad I just wanted to take Kristen and leave. Instead I pulled myself together and walked into the house behind Kristen. I closed the door behind myself then walked to the living room with kristen. "Hey you alright?" "Yeah." She still didn't look at me. A woman and a guy walked in the living room and Kristen held my hand. "Aunt Clair this is Jason." "Its nice to meet yall." I lied. I was pissed off and I wanted to cuss both of them out but I knew that wouldn't be good for Kristen. "Sit down son." The guy said. "Ok." I sat on the edge of the couch. "That's uncle James." Kristen said sitting next to me. "What's your name?" James asked. "Jason Williams." "How old are you?" "17." "You're in school?" "Yes." "Did she tell you she could have a boyfriend?" The lady cut in. "No, I didn't really ask if she could." "Oh really? What you just told her she was your girlfriend and she said yes?" "No." "Well what happen Jason?" "I asked her to be my girlfriend and she said yes." I answered she squinted her eyes at me. "Were you over the girl Ellen's house with her?" "No, Ellen's parents are strict." I lied. "Would you have been there if they weren't?" "Probably not I had a baseball game yesterday." "Oh you play baseball?" James asked. "Yeah." "Are you having sex with her?" Clair asked. "No, we've only been dating a week." "Ok, I think you're lying about everything you just said." "I'm sorry you feel that way, but I have no reason to lie to you." "Ok. I'm gonna tell you this,if you get her pregnant she's gonna be homeless in San Francisco." Then they walked out of the living room. I shook my head and looked at Kristen. "You ok?" "Yeah." She hugged me. "GET OFF HIM!" Clair screamed. "It was just a hug." Kristen said. "Its time for you to go home Jason!" "Ok." I stood up so Kristen did too. "Oh don't forget we have that test tomorrow, so you have to be early." I just made that up so her aunt would let her come to school. "Ok I'll get up early." "You want me to pick you up?" I asked. "Sure you can." Clair chimed in. "Alright I'll be here at 7." "Ok!" Kristen was happy. I hugged her again then left. When I got in my truck I took a deep breath and pulled off. "That was so stupid, they didn't ask any of the normal questions." It seems like they just wanted a reason not to like me. I don't really care, its not going to brake us up. When I got home I watched TV then decided to call Kristen. I dialed her number and it rung a few times then she picked up. "Hello?" "Hey baby." "Hey, thanks for dealing with them 2." "Its alright."They are stupid, she keeps saying if I get pregnant I may as well never come back to this house." "She's serious?" "No, I have money coming when I turn 18 and she wants it." "Why?" "So she can spend it." "No why do you have money coming?" "Oh, from my grandparents. They left it to me." "Oh cool." "What she doesn't know is I'm gonna take it and leave." "Is it a lot." "I don't know, my grandparents worked a lot so who knows. I just hope it's enough for us to get far away." "Baby we're going to get faraway even if it's not. That I promise you." "Really Jay?" "Yeah..." "Dummy mommy said come cook dinner!" "No she didn't now get out!" "But I'm hungry!" "Get out!" "I'm telling on you!!" "And when she's finish hitting me I'm still not cooking! And I'm never making Mac n cheese again!" "Ok ok I won't tell I'll wait for dinner.." "Sorry about that Jason." "Who was that?" "My cousin, he's a jerk too." "How old is he?" "12." We talked about stuff then Kristen's aunt came and told her to cook dinner. She said she would call me when she was finished so I took a shower and watched more TV.
