Jason's POV
It's been a few days since I've talked to Kristen, I've been confused and I know she's mad at me. She kept saying she wasn't but I know she is and I'm not in the mood for that. Although I have been spending a lot of time with Jessica. Its been great, we've been hanging out and she really did brake up with her boyfriend. I honestly didn't think she would but she said she wanted to show me she was serious. I know its only been a little bit of time but I think I was falling back in love with her and I didn't know what to do about it. I figured I would go spend time with Kristen and get her being mad at me out of the way. I had it all planned out, I would spend the equal amount of time with them both then make my choice. When I got to Kristen's house a lady let me in and we walked to the living room. I stepped in the living room and was instantly annoyed. The guy D didn't have a shirt on talking to ms Barbara. "I'm gonna wash it so you'll have to be shirtless for a while sweetie." "I think I have one in my truck." "No sweetie its to cold to go outside with your shirt off. It'll be finished in a little bit." "Ok." Ms Barbara left the room and he sat down and looked at his phone. The lady that let me in came and stood in front of me. "Are you here for Kristen?" "Yes." "She's at work." "Oh.. Can I wait?" "Um let me go ask her mother, what's your name?" "Jason." "Ok." A few minutes later ms Barbara came in the living room. "Hi Jason, Kristen's at work..." "I told him that, he asked if he could wait?" "Oh sure." "Thanks." She left the room again so I sat down. I tried to ignore this guy but he was really pissing me off. He had Kristen's song book looking through it, I didn't even look through it. A few minutes later ms Barbara came and sat down. "Sorry ms b." D said. "For what sweetie?" "Not having a shirt on in front of you and your friend." She smiled. "Its alright sweetheart." My phone started ringing so I looked at it. It was Jessica and I was over waiting for Kristen so I answered. "Hey." I answered. "Are you finished with her?" "Just about, why what's up?" "I want to see you, I wanna talk about some stuff." "Like what?" "School and prom." "What about it?" "I think we should go to prom together." "I'll think about that." I glanced over at D and he was smiling reading something in Kristen's book. I don't know why I got a few weird feelings. "Meet me at the mall alright." I said. "When?" "Now." D's phone started to ring then he answered. "Hey.. I have a show in an hour so I can pick you up now. ... Oh yea I'm adding two songs to the set and taking two out. .. Ok I'm on my way, be ready." He hung up and I went back to talking on the phone. "Jason did you hear me? I'm leaving now." "Ok I'm leaving too." We hung up and I stood up. "Ms b can you tell Kris I stopped by." "Sure." She kinda smirked. I wondered what that was about but I let it go. "Alright." I went to the door. When I opened it Nate, Zach, and Mariah were about to knock. I said hi and bye then left.
I was having a good time at the mall with Jessica but I was a little distracted. I could've sworn I seen that D guy. I couldn't tell because he had a hat and some different jeans on. I pushed it out of my head and went back to talking to Jessica about the prom. She was trying to convince me to go with her and not Kristen. I was considering it but I didn't think Kristen would take it to well. "Jessica I said I would think about it." "Fine." She kissed me then I spotted the guy again. This time he was closer to me. "Nah that's not him." I exhaled and went on enjoying my night. "Who?" Jessica asked. "I thought that was a friend of mine." "Oh." She kissed me again.
Dalton's POV
I went to pick my sister up from work and spotted Kristens "boyfriend." He was making out with some girl. It made me mad because Kristen loves that loser. He looked in my direction so I pulled my hat down and kept walking. I wanted to beat his ass but I decided against it. It wasn't my place and I didn't want her to hate me. I went to the music store to see if my sister was in there but her manager told me she was already gone. I walked out of the store and called her. "Hello?" She answered. "Where are you?" "In the parking lot, where are you?" "Walking pass Kristens boyfriend, he's making out with some girl." "What?!" "Yeah." "Ugh he makes me sick." "How did a loser like that get a girl like Kristen? She's way to good for him and she deserves better then that." "It sounds like you like her." "I'm coming out now." "Ok." When I got to the parking lot I found Megan. "Should I tell her?" I glanced at her. "You like her Dalton you should take her from that bum." I shook my head and ignored her. "Tonight is the start of something." I thought to myself.
