Jason's POV
When my mom and I left the clinic we went back home and she called her friend over. I went in my room and laid down. I called Kristen but she didn't answer. I fell asleep for a while but woke up when I heard the door. I thought it might've been Kristen so I went to see who it was. I came out of my room and went to the kitchen where I heard talking. "Mom.." I stepped in the kitchen. "Hey Jason." Jessica smiled. "Oh hey Jessica." I was more then uncomfortable. I didn't want Jessica there when Kristen came over but my mother is friends with her mother so there was nothing I could do. I spoke to Jessica's mother then looked at my mother. "I'm gonna go lay back down alright." "Yes honey." I went into my room and sat on the edge of the bed. "Man why would mom call them over here? I told her Kris was coming over." I laid back in the bed and closed my eyes.
Kristen's POV
I was just finishing the soup when uncle James walked in the kitchen. He started coughing so I looked at him. "Are you sick?" I asked. "Yeah I have a cold." "Want some soup? I just made it!" I smiled. "Yeah give me some." I got him a bowl and put some in it then gave it to him. "Thanks." He sniffed. "You're welcome!" I smiled and put some in a bowl then put a lid on it. "Uncle James can I go over Jason's house?" "Sure." "Thanks!" I put the bowl in a bag then headed to the door. "Where the hell are you going!" "Uncle James said I could go over Jason's house." "How are you getting there?" "walk." "Here's money for the bus." "Thank you!" "We need to talk when you get home." "Ok!" Right before I left I remembered to get Jason's anniversary present. I ran to my room and got the bag then left. When I got to Jason's house I knocked on the door and Jessica answered. "Hi." I smiled. "Hi." She said dryly. "Come in." I walked pass her and went to the kitchen. "Good afternoon." I smiled. "Hi Kristen." Ms. Debbie smiled. She introduced me to Jessica's mother then Jason came into the kitchen. "Hey! I thought I heard you." He sniffed. "Aww. Here's your soup." "Thanks." He started to heat it up. "Jay.." "Yeah." "You're gonna be mad.." I giggled. "Why?" He turned and looked at me. "I didn't do my homework Friday." "What? You yell at me all the time about homework." "I know but I didn't feel like it." "Oh really?" "Yeah but we can do it right now." I smiled. "Yeah come on." Jason said walking out of the kitchen. "You can eat in your room? I'm so jealous." Jason started laughing and I followed him to his room. I did my homework and Jason ate the soup. When he finished he laid across the bed. Soon after I was finished my homework so I laid next to him so we were face to face. Jason pulled me closer to him then closed his eyes. "What did the doctor say?" "I have a cold, no school for 3 days." "aw baby, I guess I have to take care of you." "Yup." Jason smirked. "We could start by taking that shower we talked about." "Jason! You're sick you shouldn't be thinking about that stuff." "Its all I can seem to think about. I have to say the thought of seeing you nak.." "Jason!" I whispered and covered his mouth. "fine, happy anniversary." He pulled a bracelet out of his pocket." "Jason I love it!!!" "Let me put it on you." He put the bracelet on my wrist and I couldn't stop looking at it. "I love this so much Jay." "Don't cry." He smiled. "But nobody has ever took the time to buy me something like this." I sniffed. "None of that matters now." "Yeah." I smiled and wiped away the tears that slipped away from my eyes. "Ready for your gift now?!" I smiled. "Sure." I picked up the bag I had his gifts in and gave it to him.
Jason's POV
Kristen and I were exchanging anniversary gifts, she loved the bracelet I got for her. She asked if I was ready for my gift and I said sure so she picked up a bag. I instantly started thinking I should've gotten her more then one gift. "I should go buy you something else." "No Jay I love this. Now open your gift." "You're gonna love me." She giggled. "I already love you." "Well you're gonna love me even more!" "Ok." I went in the bag an pulled out 2 shirts. One was a blue and white stripe shirt and the other one was a Alabama concert shirt. Kristen started to giggle. I think I was missing it so I looked in the bag again. "What's that?" "Look and see." She smiled. I took the card out of the bag. When I opened it I almost fell off the bed. "KRIS! how in the world did you get these?!" they was tickets to the sold out Alabama concert next month. "Ooh I don't know.." She giggled. "Oh my goodness, babe I went to get tickets for this show and they said it was sold out!" "I know, it is." "So how did you get these?!!" I was still yelling. "Well Saturday before we went on our trip me and Ellen went to the mall so I could get you something. The radio station was there having a contest so me and Ellen won." "What did you have to do?" "Answer music questions." "Baby this is perfect!" "Am I like the best girlfriend ever?" "Yes!" I was still excited. "Jason why are you yelling?" My mother asked stepping into my room. "Look what Kristen got for me!" I showed her the tickets. "Oh ok." She left and I kissed Kristen. "Baby I love this, and I love you." "I love you too, and you're gonna get me sick." Kristen and I talked until her aunt called. "Want me to take you home?" "No you stay in the bed, I'm gonna catch the bus." "I don't want you catching the bus." "I'm alright Jay." I wasn't ok with Kristen catching the bus so I started getting dressed. "Jay listen to me, you're sick and you need to rest." I ignored her. "Jason Williams." "I don't want you on the bus." "Its ok, if you don't get in the bed.." "What?" I smirked and she walked over to me. "You can forget about that shower." I was shocked. "Whoa, you're gonna punish me because I wanna take care of you?" She giggled and walked away. "I'm taking care of you.." "How?" "By not letting you go outside baby." "This is wrong." I laughed. "No its not, now walk me to the door." She smiled. "Fine.." we headed to the door. "I'm gonna get your class work and homework so you won't be behind. Then you can turn it in Friday when you come back." "Thanks babe." "And I have Phil Collins and Spandau Ballets new albums we have to listen to them." "I don't wanna listen to Spandau ballet." "So?" I started laughing. "Fine, I love you." "I love you too." We kissed then she left. I walked back to my room and laid across my bed. "I can't believe she won Alabama tickets." I picked up the card. "Spandau Ballet huh?" I sat up and looked at the door.
