Lauren woke up to the sound of her alarm. She had set it for 15 minutes earlier since she had to pick up Camila before going to school. With this thought, Lauren basically jumped out of bed to get ready. Her speed was so much that she was ready 15 minutes before the extra 15 she had planned, so she helped her sister getting ready and having breakfast since she had to drop her at school as well.

The little one spoke when Lauren's car door shut and the 2 girls were inside. "Why are we going this early?".

"Because we're picking up Camila".

As soon as the words came out of Lauren's mouth, the little child squealed and clapped her hands "Yay!".

Lauren laughed and looked at her sister through the rearview mirror. "Why are you so excited?".

"Camila is cool!", the child said clapping her hands again. The conversation ended there and soon after they were parking outside Camila's house. Lauren turned off the engine and grabbed her phone to text Camila, warning her that they were already outside her door.

"Is she your girlfriend?", Lauren heard her sister ask from the backseat.

"No", Lauren chuckled, "why do you think that?".

"Camila told me last night that she likes you.", the child informed as if it was the most normal thing ever.

"And why did she told you that?".

"Because I asked."

Lauren decided not to ask anything more when she saw Camila walking out her house and making her way towards Lauren's car. Lauren was just so happy for what her sister just told her, if you had told her 3 years ago that her crush at the time would end up actually liking her back, she would have told you to fuck off. But now, Camila was entering her car with a dorky smile on her face, and Lauren had one very much look alike too.

"Good morning", Camila greeted happily as soon as she entered the passenger side and closed the door.

The other 2 girls in the car greeted back and they made their way to drop Hannah at school. Once they reached her classroom, both Camila and Lauren crouched down to say goodbye to the child.

"Have a great day, Han, I'll pick you up later, alright?", Lauren asked kissing her sister's forehead.

The kid just nodded a couple of times and hugged Camila. "By little one.",

When they were leaving, a teacher approached them. "Excuse me, miss, can I talk to you?", she asked looking at Lauren.

"Yeah, of course".

"The parent's meeting would be in a couple of days and we tried to contact Hannah's mother but she didn't answer any of our calls. Is it some technical problem or something?".

The question cut of the good mood that Lauren found herself in, of course, her mother wouldn't even care about going to the meeting. "Hm, no, she is not going to be able to come. I'll come in her place. Also, I would like you to add my number to my sister's list, probably my mother will not be able to come anymore."

"Are you over 18?"

"Yeah."

The woman and Lauren then agreed in meeting when Lauren went back to pick up Hannah later that day and said their goodbyes.

Camila had watched and heard the conversation between the two female in front of her but didn't utter a word. Lauren's mother wouldn't come back, how so? She was pretty confused but decided to let it go and probably ask Lauren later. Both girls made their way back to Lauren's car and, as soon as Camila closed her door, Lauren pulled her in for a kiss.

Although Camila was pretty uncomfortable due to her position, she managed to place a hand on Lauren's cheek and reciprocate. The kiss was slow and rushed at the same time, yet one of the best they had shared since the prior day. Camila smiled into the kiss when she realized who she was kissing. It was Lauren. She was kissing Lauren.

Lauren ended up smiling as well and they broke the kiss, both smiling at each other. "I like you too." Camila looked at her with a confused expression, not understand where that came from. "Did you really thought my own sister wasn't going to not tell me what you told her?", Lauren asked, with a smirk.

Camila facepalmed herself for her dumbness but did not regret telling the little one about her feelings. The kid asked and Camila answered, surprised with the fact that a child could notice it.

Camila just smiled embarrassedly at Lauren, who turned on the car and drive them both to school. As soon as they got there, both girls got out of the car and entered the school building, together.

The first stop was Lauren's locker, who became slightly disappointed when there was no folded paper inside. After realizing that she just got disappointed by that, she facepalmed herself. Of course, she was not going to have a note on her locker, Camila was right next to her and she had already revealed herself, she probably wouldn't receive notes ever again.

As if reading her thoughts, Camila approached her and whispered, "you have one inside your backpack." Lauren smiled and smiled a lot. She grabbed her books and closed the metal door, to then accompany Camila to her classroom.

Both girls stood in front of Camila's classroom door for a bit, since the bell hadn't rung yet.

"I didn't thank you yesterday for the dinner... so, thank you", Camila said, her shyness making itself present again.

"It's okay, you can come over for dinner when you want, lately it's usually just me and Han and I'm sure she wouldn't mind."

"She is a cute kid, I liked her."

"She liked you too", Lauren said and giggled, remembering her sister's excitement earlier in the car.

Although Lauren was still pretty nervous to be around Camila, she was beginning to be at ease whenever the two were together. Yeah, her hands were shaking and she scolded herself when she said something stupid, but she managed to appear calm, at least. But Camila? She couldn't even pretend. Luckily, she had her moments when she, herself, would kiss Lauren or say something cute or like, actually say something without her voice shaking, but she still was a mess 99% of the time.

The bell rang signaling that the moment was over and both girls had to get to class, especially Lauren since she still had to make her way over there.

"Wait for me here after the second period, okay?", Lauren asked.

"Yeah, but why?", Camila was kind of confused.

"I want to spend some time with you, is it okay?".

Camila smiled at the girl in front of her, shy Lauren was too cute for her to handle. "Yeah, of course."

A few more words and a goodbye were exchanged and Camila turned around to enter her classroom but was stopped by Lauren who grabbed her arm and turned her around to face her.

"Don't I deserve a kiss? I just gave you a lift and walked you to your class.", Lauren asked almost with a pout.

Camila's brain basically stopped. She was enjoying this situation a little too much but was still in shock with the turn of events. She never knew what to do or say on this occasions, occasions where Lauren was all bold and confident. Just kiss her, you dumbass, she thought. And she did. She approached Lauren, placed one hand on her cheek and the other in her waist, and connected their lips in a chaste kiss. "I'll see you in a bit", she said, pecking Lauren's lips one more time and walking away to her class without giving the other girl time to react or do or say something.

Lauren smiled to herself, but soon was making her way to her class. Luckily, the teacher was not in the classroom yet, so she went to her table in the back row, took of her material and Camila's note that she found inside.

With a big smile and a deep breath, she unfolded the paper and read what was on the inside.
