Aisha's POV

After lying on the bed for 15 minutes, I decide I have had enough time to feel sorry for myself. Time to actually do something. Suddenly I remember the sheet of paper I took off the door. It's still in my hand. Sitting up I turn my attention to the paper. It appears to be a letter.

Dear Student(s),

Due to the fact we have moved facilities, we have included a few surprises in your new lifestyle. Your new room is actually a smart room. I am sure most of you are familiar with what this in, but for those who don't know, a smart room is the new step in the advancement of technology. A smart is a room that reacts to speech commands. For example if you ask the room to paint the walls purple it will do so. There are also voice commands to lock the doors, turn out the lights and rearrange your wardrobe. This means you may rearrange your room how so ever you wish.

We hope you enjoy your time at our new school.

From Your Esteemed Teachers.

"Woah" is all I can think. Obviously I had heard rumours about this type of technology, but had never actually seen it. Gazing around the room I don't see anything unusual about it. Normal boring wallpaper and ugly carpet. Single beds and a whole bunch of Amber's clothes scattered about the place. That's it. Feeling like an idiot I gaze up at the ceiling. Alright, lets try this!

"Hello?" I say tentatively.

"Greetings Aisha." answers a voice, surprising me and causing me to shriek.

"Who.. what... how.." is all I manage to stammer out.

"I am the room." answers the voice to my absolute nonsense. "I have been programmed to have close to human feelings."

"You aren't going to rise up and kill me are you?! Because I swear I only just met you, and I have no intent of making you a slave to humanity. I promise!"

With a sound that can only be described as a laugh, the computerised room answered. "I guessed you would react like that. It's all in the analysis. Now, please tell me how you want the room before that horrible female human comes back."

"Huh. So you don't like Amber either." I state, feeling more comfortable.

"No. Now how do you want the room?"

"Hmm." I say, pondering the room surrounding me. "Would you be able to move Amber's clothes out of the way?"

"Of course." and suddenly all her clothes are on her bed, folded neatly.

"Alright. So if I go too fast or do too much please say. Thank you. Ookay, first could you place some tape down the centre of the room, separating my half from hers." From there I spent the next half an hour organising my half to look exactly as I wanted it.

The finished product looked something like this. The floor is a light wooden floor, natural with no tarnish. The walls are painted a deep green and a whole array of vines grow up it. Flowers of every colour are growing from the vines. Growing from the corner is a tree (weird I know, but it's my room!) The tree grows up and out creating a ceiling of leaves. Out of the trunk grows two huge branches. One makes up my desk and study area, with a bookcase connected. The other makes a hollow, where a special type of domed mattress is in it. At least a dozen pillows are scattered around and a whole shit ton of blankets. Sighing I flop down onto my bed.

"Finally." I breathe out. "I have a room how I want it." Contentedly I lie there, just taking in the serenity of this place.

"Thank you." I say to the room.

"You're welcome." comes back the voice. "But if I may make a suggestion. Put a voice lock on your half so the she witch can't rearrange your room."

"Good idea!" I exclaim, sitting up. "Alright. Please could you set a lock so only I can make changes to my room."

"Of course. And I would leave before she gets back, she is on her way."

"Cool." is all I utter, before grabbing a jumper and shooting out of the room, snatching the key. I believe I will go see Harry and Louis... I hope they are decent!
