Let's just say that this week is not my week. As soon as I got home I was lectured about how I shouldn't have left in 2 in the morning, I got scolded and interrogated by Mako, and the four of us were in the faculty office, once again, for trespassing. Oh, great.

"You idiots! Do guys even feel a shred of remorse?!" The teacher from last time scolded us. Except Haru, our heads were down in embarrassment.
"We're really sorry." We all said in unison.
"What's with you guys and trespassing on private property? First, an old building, now another school? You're lucky the administrators are willing to look the other way, otherwise you guys would be up to your necks in formal charges." He stated. I partially paid attention to what he said, but Mrs. Amakata walked over to us.

"Now,now sir. I think they've learned their lesson, in fact I believe there's a saying that applies here." She started talking about something with a fish in it until the teacher interrupted her.
"Mrs. Amakata, fish don't break the law." He said to her. She backed down being embarrassed by the situation. After our talk we left the faculty office.

"It sucks Mrs.A couldn't really help us out there." Nagisa stated.
"Yeah, and now I want to know how that fish saying goes." Mako said disappointedly. "Hey, Haru?" Mako started saying before stopping. I looked over and saw Haru gone. "Where'd he go?" Mako asked surprised.

"I don't know, he just started walking away." Nagisa explained. I turned around to see Haru walking the other way. I smiled slightly.
"When did that happen?" Mako asked stressed. Nagisa heard someone walking behind us and turned to look. It was Gou walking towards us.

"Hey Gou!" Nagisa said happily. I saw Gou's face turn into a annoyed look.
"I told you guys to call me Kou, remember?" Gou said irritated. I smiled.
"Yeah, but does it really matter?" Nagisa questioned innocently.

"Of course it does! Kou!" She yelled.
"You're Gou." Nagisa said plainly.
"Kou!"
"It's Gou."
"It's Kou!"
"Okay, Kou." Nagisa said flipping the name.
"No, Gou!" She said and got embarrassed. "Damn it!" She said holding her head, and Nagisa smiling with a peace sign. We walked into a stairwell to talk privately.

"So? Were you guys able to talk to my brother?" Kou asked us. I was sitting on the window ledge, and was a little shocked, but kept my composure.
"Yeah, about that. I don't mean to be rude or hurt your feelings, but he was a complete jerk! I mean we haven't seen the guy in over four years, and the very first thing he does is challenge Haru to a race while acting me, Mako, and
(Y/n) aren't there." Nagisa expressed.

"We didn't even get a chance to talk to him." Nagisa said sadly. That wasn't entirely true for me. He continued. "Not even as much as a simple 'Hello' " he said putting his arms into a 'x'. Kou looked surprised by what he said.

"How about you Kou? Have you heard anything from Rin?" Mako asked hopefully. Kou shook her head.
"I've emailed him, called his cellphone, tried him on the landline at his dorm, but it seems he doesn't want to call back." Kou explained.

"It's like he's a different person. Did something bad happen in Australia?" Nagisa questioned. Kou looked saddened by the question.
"Honestly, I have no idea." Kou answered us. "I was hoping, after he saw you guys he would open up about it a little." Mako was surprised.

"So you're the reason he was there, you told him the old place was going to be torn down soon, didn't you?" Mako questioned. It did make sense to why he was there. Gou was shocked and looked a little panicked. I sighed and got off the ledge.

"Oh no, I wouldn't say that exactly." She said.
"Well, why was Rin there in the first place? Just a hunch, but I don't think he was for the trophy." I said sarcastically.
"Look, I know what it sounds like, but I was only trying to help. I swear. I overheard your conversation, and thought I should just let him know." Gou explained. "Besides, he never even replied."

"So I'm assuming that's why you went to Haru's place yesterday?" Mako asked.
"That's right. I was hoping he would have some answers for me." Gou told us. I looked out the window, seeing a plane flying overhead. I heard Nagisa gasp, and I turned my head around.

"Hey I've got a great idea!" He said energetically. "How about we start a swim club right here at school?" Nagisa suggested. Mako and I were surprised by the sudden offer.
"Wait, a what?" Mako asked surprised. I was shocked, but smiled slightly.

"We can swim in tournaments, we'll be on the same circuit as Rin!" Nagisa declared.
"I don't see what the problem is. You guys do miss swimming, so I think you guys should do it." I told the three of them with a smile. Nagisa was smiling brightly at me for taking his side. Mako was still a little cautious about the plan.

"I'm not sure Haru would be on board with something like that." Mako explained.
"Well we won't know unless we ask him, come on." I said starting to walk down the steps.

We were walking to Haru's house, me and Gou were a little behind Nagisa and Mako. We started talking about things and caught up with each other. Until she asked me a certain question.

"Hey, (Y/n)? Have you talked to Rin at all? I know you guys were close when we were younger, but I don't know if he told you what happened." Gou asked. I was shocked, but kept a blank face.
"I haven't talked to him. He treats me just like Mako and Nagisa." I partially lied to Gou. She nodded, but looked angry about something.

"Oh, by the way. I don't know if this will be any help, but here's Rin's number, if you think calling him would help." She said holding her phone to me. I read the number and felt like I saw it before. I pulled out my phone and went to recent calls, to see Mako's calls from this morning, and the unknown number from yesterday. It was the exact same.

"I already have the number." I say to her in a hushed voice. Her eyes widen and she looks over my shoulder to my phone, and her mouth drops.
"He already contacted you?!" By the time we finished our conversation we were in front of Haru's house.
