Troye's pov

"We're graduating tomorrow!" I exclaim, throwing my hands in the air.

"We sure are!" Jake grins, stumbling forward and hugging me tightly.

I fall into his touch, looking up at him and beaming so brightly. His big gold rimmed glasses fall down his nose a bit as he looks down at me.

"I never thought I'd ever actually make it this far, this is more than anything I could ever dream of." He mumbles, kissing my head of curls and swaying us back and forth on the floor of our bedroom.

"You did this. I'm so proud of you, Jakey." I cheer, wrapping my arms around his waist and resting my cheek on his chest.

"Thank you, baby, I couldn't do it without you." He murmurs with the biggest of smiles painted on his gorgeous face.

I shrug him off, shaking my head. "Oh no, you did this all by yourself. This is all you." I assure him, kissing his chest and sneaking another glance up at him.

He rolls his eyes, "Fine, I'll take it. Thank you."

"You're oh-so welcome... Hmm, what are we to do on this lovely evening?" I question.

"We could fuck 'til dawn," Jacob offers, giggling under his breath.

Leaning back, I narrow my eyes at him.

"No," I shoot him down, "We must go out."

His smile falters a tad, "Shame... but go out? Where do you want to go?"

I shrug, "You tell me. You're the former criminal mastermind who stalked the streets all your life."

He smirks, finding a sense of pride in that.

"How about I take you out, show you the ropes. Show ya where I used to hang out." He suggests, quirking an eyebrow up.

"Yes, yes, a thousand times yes. Just don't tell Dad, he'd freak." I warn.

"I know," Jake wiggles his brows, the glasses raising on his nose. He steps back and walks towards the closet.

We're gowned out in coats and boots, it being a quite chilly night, and headed off in no time.

...

"... and this is the bridge I dropped a pack of smokes off of and legit jumped off and swam to retrieve them. Very lovely memory." He gestures to the ledge while we sway our hands back and forth, walking over Chiswick Bridge.

I shake my head at him, "You're ridiculous."

"No kidding," Jacob chuckles, "I'm glad I laid off of them. It's not worth jumping in River Thames. Shit is cold."

"I bet," I murmur, bumping hips with him and making him stumble to the side a bit.

He narrows his eyes at me and returns the favour, knocking me to the side. If our hands weren't curled together, surely he would've bumped me into the road. I scrunch my nose up at him, "Rude."

He just chuckles and picks his pace up into a skip, dragging me along. We're back on the boulevards in no time, weaving through alleyways and ducking every time we see a police car. We take a pit stop at a convenience store and pick out candy that will surely rot our teeth out. Jake drags me to the back of a supermarket's parking lot and picks up an empty bottle. He hands it to me and nods.

"Toss it."

I furrow my brows, "Toss it? Really?"

"Babe, I'm sorry to break it to you but you're laaaaame." I mutter, shaking my head at him.
