#PleasureHimNewEra
I closed my eyes as I felt the cold breeze of the air. It's winter season and I still have to attend a meeting with my client. I wore a proper and appropriate attire, a black thick winter jacket and a boots. I wore a gloves.
I intentionally let out my breath to create a smoke cloud. I stayed here in New York since my Mother died. Yes, she died months after her operation in Canada. We thought that she'll be fine because the operation was successful but after three months, she suddenly passed out. We ran her to the Hospital but the Doctor said that there was no hope for my Mother.
The snows were falling propitiously. I wanted to get out from my car to just feel the breezing snow flakes but I just need to meet my client and I will just feel it by opening the window of my car.
I worked at Charles's company here in New York. Three years had passed and I can already say that I moved on from what happened years ago. Hindi ko alam kong anong nangyayari kay Reagan. I never heard a news about him when I left. Besides, I have no interest to know what was happening to him.
I shook my head to not think about him. I just focused my attention to the road that full of snows and some people are enjoying the moment of delightfulness.
I heard my phone ring. I took it out from my bag and saw Charles' name in the screen.
"Hello, Les?" I asked.
"Nasaan ka na?" I heard a bit slang on his voice when he spoke Tagalog.
Yes, those three years, I taught him how to speak in Tagalog. He understands it before but not fluently can speak. I was his tutor before and now he's really... okay, let's just say that he's good at speaking in Tagalog already.
"I'm on my way. Is Mr. Delevigne already there?"
"Not yet. But you know, I'm excited on this. You're first big break, I should say? After this you'll be promoted." he said.
"Well, if I can get the trust of Mr. Delevigne."
"I know you can get it. Ikaw pa?" he proudly said emphasizing the tagalog word.
"You know sometimes I regretted that I taught you to speak tagalog. It's terrible." I chuckled. Teasing him.
I heard him chuckled. Charles is a good friend. He didn't go back to the Philippines since we left. He told me that he won't go back unless I will. So, I still don't have any plan for going back. Wala pa naman akong rason para umuwi. Dito na rin kasi nag-aaral si Luise and I can't just go back there and leave him all alone.
"Well, at least I can speak tagalog now."
"Oh, yeah? Okay, I need to cut this call. Nasa labas na ako ng Bistro."
"Okay, bye."
I ended the call and search for any possible area that I can park my car. It was really surprising that the client prefer a Bistro than to a fancy restaurant.
No'ng makahanap ako ng parking area ay tinignan ko muna ang sarili ko sa aking prespowder and took a little touch of a foundation on my face. I took a maroon lipstick and ran my fingers throughout my hair.
I went out from my car. Mas nadama ko ang nakakagaan sa pakiramdam na lamig. I really don't get tired of this feeling. It was like I was floating with the snows. I feel like I get back when I was still a kid. We used to play with snows when I was still a kid together with my Dad and Mom.
When they were still alive. We used to have a vacation every summer. Instead of spending the whole season in beach, we spent it in a place that has a snow. I wanted to visit my Father's grave but I just can't still go back in the Philippines yet. My mom was cremated. I had put her jar of ashes in our living room.
