He looked at me. He's on the I think mid40s. He has some gray hair as fitted to his age. He looked so serious and not so good in meddling with co-employees. His facial features are telling that he's not laughing in any jokes. I wonder what we did just to agree on this? Or maybe he's close with Linex.

A five-star hotel is hard to maintain its state, I mean, hotels are crashing down because of the wrong facilities or bad services, but I don't want it to happen on this hotel. So, one way to do that is to render yourself on your work. But yeah, I have still some time to myself. You should have it, to have a break..."

Tumango kami, "You said that having wrong facilities and bad services cause a hotel's downfall. So, what is the right thing to do to have a right facilities?" tanong ko.

"Well, being strict is not bad. You need to maintain your out of element personality for the hotel's sake. And having a good and responsible employees is also the secret to the success of the hotel." aniya.

Mali ba ako. Out of element pala niya ang pagiging strikto. So he's kinda kind person? Well, don't judge the book by its cover. Maybe the features were took by the time as he used to be like that.
