Chapter 131

I sat on the sofa forced to watch peppa pig because Daisy loves it, and when I say forced I don't really mean it because I low key love it..
I heard Joseph's car pull up the drive and I felt nervous as ever, I know he said he wants me to go for this modelling gig but I deep down know he doesn't want me to so I just feel like I shouldn't.

"Evening love, and hello to my little princess" Joseph cooed kissing mine and Daisy's forehead. Joseph slipped his shoes off and dipped down on the space beside me. "Sooo let's talk about it love. I think yo-" Joseph spoke till I interrupted. "I'm just gonna go change and put Daisy to bed babe, hold on" I forced a smile. I skipped up the stairs into Daisy's room and cleaned and changed her then put her into her cot. Surprisingly she went to sleep in minutes which was kinda annoying because I didn't want this talk, I knew it was hurting Joseph. I sighed and decided to get a hot shower to avoid the conversation.

Around 15 minutes of being lost in my thoughts i jumped to see Joseph getting in the shower with me. "Oh my god Joseph you nearly gave me a bloody heart attack!" I grinned playfully slapping his bare chest. "Sorry love, didn't mean to scare you. I was just wondering what was taking so long." He smiled. "Ahh sorry I'm just tired and got lost in thought in my own little world" I sighed. Joseph took the sponge and rubbed my back, "is this about the job offer?" Joseph exhaled. "No it's not, anyway how was the meeting with Julie and the others? What's the official start date for filming season 4?" I tensed. "Serena. Stop avoiding the conversation we need to have, you know I support you in everything you do and I always will" Joseph said pulling my wet body against his. "I know I'm sorry, it's just you were adamant you didn't want me to go when I first told you about it. And the more I thought about it the more I realised you were right. It would be selfish of me to get up and leave my family for a month so I'm not gonna take the job." I sniffed. Joseph turned me around to face him, "look at me, I know how stressed out you are about it and nope, I was the one who was wrong. You'd be silly not to accept the offer, you're a strong, beautiful and a kind hearted person who does anything for anyone but you don't do enough for yourself. So please, I want you to take it. Make Daisy proud of her mummy because I know I will be. I will video chat you everyday, no matter what the time difference is. I'll come up to see you with our Daisy when I can and when you're busy I can also go and see my family. Honestly baby I want you to do it, you deserve it, I love you." Joseph smiled pulling me into his arms. "Really? Thankyou for saying all that, it's made me feel a hundred times better. I was scared of loosing you, I love you so much". I smiled relaxing into his arms, letting the warm water trickle down our skin. "You'd never loose me, not now, not ever. You and Daisy are my world, don't forget that! Now cmon let's get to bed." Joseph replied pulling me out of the shower.

I dried off and changed into one of Joseph's shirts and walked in to see Joseph laying in bed with just his boxers on. I will never get tired of that beautiful man I call my husband. "In one of my shirts I see? You make it look rather hot" joe smirked showing off his dimples. "Yeah? And you make those dimples look even hotter" I laughed as Joseph pulled me under the duvet and into his arms. "So we need to plan everything now, like where Daisy's gonna be when you're filming? I know my parents wouldn't mind having her whenever but it's up to you" I questioned. "Well either at your parents or I can even bring her to work with me because everyone loves her and she would be left with someone we know whilst I film my scenes, I can even pay for a sitter to come on set but I'd prefer not to and have someone we know. Plus Julie and the gang would love it if I'm honest" Joseph laughed. "That sounds lovely, I'm gonna miss you all so much! I love you, night joe" "We will miss you too! Try not to worry about it, you will see us soon. I'll organise some time off with Julie! And I love you even more, night my love." Joseph
whispered.

"I know you're staring at me" I laughed still with my eyes closed. Joseph chuckled,

"I can't help it, I still wonder how I married such a beautiful woman like you". I opened my eyes and placed a kiss on his plump lips and soon drifted to sleep making the most of being in Joseph's strong arms.
