Katie's POV

Frigga and Sasha already love each other a lot, which I'm grateful for, considering the fact that my wedding is later today.

I'm going to be a married woman.

Married to a god.

A god that is going to be king of an entire realm.

Wow. I really don't have time to worry right now. I was supposed to be on Earth an hour ago, but I forced myself to find normal human clothes. Luckily, I found a pair of skinny jeans and a dark green top. I'm wearing gold high heels and the birdcage necklace, and, of course, my engagement ring.

I carefully place the wedding dress in its bag with the crown and veil so it doesn't get ruined in New York. I am so glad that I can finally see Pepper and Nat and all the guys. It'll be good to laugh with Tony.

I ride my horse down the ridiculously long rainbow bridge to the Bifrost alone, since Frigga is prettying up Loki, Thor, and Odin. Most likely Sif, too.

"Hello, Katie. Are you ready for today?" Heimdall asks me.

I smile at him. "Almost. You're the only one who's asked."

"You might both be ladies, but Queen Frigga loves to pamper her men."

"It's a good thing that I have other people who love me."

Heimdall nods and activates the Bifrost. The rainbow lights swirl around me, dropping me in New York. I must look awkward with my dress bag.

I teleport to Stark Tower,  praying that they are home.

"Katie?!" Clint screams like a little girl.

"Caw, caw," I smile.

"Hey! She's back!" Clint yells, summoning the rest of the people.

One by one, the Avengers appear, eyeing me with confusion.

"So you all live together?" I say, uncomfortable from their stares.

"You... you... what?" Bruce stammers.

"Okay, I don't have time for this. I need to get ready for my wedding, and I wanted you guys to help. More specifically Nat and Pepper, but if you can do eyeliner,  you can help," I say, laying the dress bag on the couch.

They all attack me with a group hug.

Pepper waddles out from the hallway to see what is going on.

"KATIE! YOU'RE BACK!" she screams, wrapping me in a hug.

"PEPPER! YOU'RE REALLY PREGNANT!" I yell back, putting my hand on her swollen stomach.

"Yep. So what brings you here?" she asks.

"I need you to make me look pretty because I'm getting married tonight!"

She nods. "You heard her, men! Us ladies have work to do!"

Tony, Bruce, and Steve all scurry out. We all walk upstairs to Pepper's enormous bathroom. Pepper and Nat pull out boxes upon boxes of makeup and hair supplies.

Nat starts shampooing my hair. "I missed you! It's not like I was lonely, I had Steve, but I missed you!"

"Oooh, Steve. You found yourself a man!" I smirk. Pepper laughs, deciding what shade of gold eyeshadow looks best on me.
