Chansey is usually the Pokémon nurses use to help them. They're just meant to help around a little. They aren't meant to do anything too extreme. How ever, there was a case of a Chansey that decided it wanted more. It was an assistant to one of the nurses as the Pokémon center. It did the typical helping things, getting supplies, comforting patients, those kinds of things. Although, one day, Chansey took on another job. She wanted to do more, so as she was comforting an injured Pokemon, she decided to do the surgery herself. She grabbed a nearby scalpel and began to slice into its skin. As the Pokémon began to cry, she panicked, and ran away, leaving the helpless Pokemon to bleed out until the nurse discovered what had happened.
