Chapter 11

Bethany's POV

i wake up this morning by the faint voices of the boys. i am a really light sleeper so its hard to get a lot of sleep in this house as you can imagine. i grab my laptop from the edge of my bed and open it up. i check my email to see if any of my teachers have emailed me any work that i need to catch up on. i get up from bed and head downstairs to grab some breakfast, still holding my computer. all the boys are in a meeting with one another discussing "business things". i feel like i haven't seen daniel in a while, he's always busy nowadays. i grab a banana and make myself a cup of coffee to start the day. i take a seat on the couch and begin to work on my english project, i start editing it all together. i soon realize that I've barely filmed anything and i have to email this to mrs rutherford next week. 

as i work hard i hear the boys come out the room off of the kitchen. i look back and no sign of daniel. 

"BOOO!" 

i see a figure pop out from behind the couch. i spoke too soon.

daniel: hey beth.

he comes and takes a seat next to me putting his arm around me.

me: hey

i respond in a not too happy tone.

daniel: you working hard or hardly working?

me: I'm trying to work hard but this is very frustrating.

daniel: i feel like i haven't seen you in forever. 

me: yeah me too.

daniel leans in and kisses me causing my computer to slightly slide off my lap.

before this gets any further we were interrupted by someone yelling in the driveway. daniel and i both get up and look out the window. surprise surprise its logan vlogging. he's so passionate, its kind of funny. i reach over to the coffee table and whip out my "vlog camera" and begin to record him. 

Daniel's POV

as bethany records logan, she smiles slightly and laughs. her smile lights up the room and i can't help but just want to kiss her again. i grab her and push her up against the window and begin to kiss her. she kisses me back. our lips remain touching until logan interrupts us once more. he busts through the door with his loud self.

logan: BOYYYS- sorry didn't mean to interrupt anything

he says with a smirk.

logan: BUTTT i have an idea so everyone gather up! daniel gather the boys.

everyone gathers and logan begins to tell us his "big fantastic idea".

logan: okay so for the something different music video i have rented out this art gallery. there are going to be many different pictures, some with green screens---

jack interrupts him.

jack: daniel has an idea too.

my face goes red. 

logan: ohhh daniel this one better be good.

daniel: it is. 

logan: the floor is yours.

i begin to tell them my ideas. i have an amazing i idea where we could film in "different countries" make everyone represented, all the different cultures in the world. logan and i then sit down for hours thinking about this. we eventually come up with a fantastic idea that incorporates both of our ideas. 

logan: OKAY BOYS! lets go.

we all head out the door and head over to the art gallery that logan rented out. bethany comes too.

Bethany's POV

it took a while for daniel and logan to work something out for this music video, but I'm sure that its going to be a good one. daniel invited me to tag along, and i don't have anything better to do so i decide to go. we all pile in logans car and head out. 

once we reach the gallery i see all these people who didn't seem to have any relevance but i know they had some part in this big production. 

i am already feeling a little anxious, and i think daniel can tell. he hasn't left my side since we got here. it makes me feel safe yet i know he has to shoot at some point.

logan: daniel i need you!

daniel goes over to the rest of the boys with a few other girls. they start shooting a scene and my anxiety starts to kick in. how did i end up here? with all these creative people. i begin to look around at all the paintings here and at all the people. my eyes then wander to the boys again. all  i can see is a girl rubbing up against daniel. i can't help but get jealous without hesitation. i look at my phone and feel an obligation to order an uber an due to my uncomfortable surroundings.

Daniel's POV

as we approach the gallery i know whats about to happen. i know beth has troubles with her anxiety so i stick by her to make sure everything goes smoothly.

we begin to shoot a scene with a bunch of girls, i wasn't aware of this. the directer yells action and i couldn't back down now. i look over to my right and i see beth looking around frantically.

logan: daniel! focus this time okay.

i nod my head pretending nothing was wrong. we shoot a take two. i look over again and she was gone.
