Chapter 16

  Bethany's POV
   as we all pull up to the amazing sign, i see the beauty surrounding us, and the potential that everything i am looking at has.

logan parks on the far end, causing us to have to walk further. i'm not complaining i love the outdoors and the peacefulness that it brings me. jonah whips out a big white box, it looks like it could contain anything. he opens it up and it looks to be a robot on the inside.

me: is that a drone?

jonah: yep, we have to have the right equipment to get the right shots.
he smiles knowing that what he just said made so much sense.

he sets in on the ground while jack controls it. he flies it up and around all of us.
i look at his phone which is recording all of this and i see the magic all at work.
i suddenly get motivated to make this film the best i can.
we begin to walk up this nature trail and i film everything i can.

jacks POV

   as we walk towards the sign i follow bethany. she seems to know exactly where she is going even though i know she has no idea. she starts to film everything she can. i can see the passion in her face, it's the same passion that logan has towards his camera.
  i can't help but look at her deeply. i admire her beauty as the sun shines on her golden brown hair.
 
i feel a slight tapping on my shoulder. i turn around and there zach was standing.

zach: i see you.

he smiles and winks at me. they walk past me leaving bethany and i towards the back.

me: so bethany, i can see you have a little experience with that thing.
i point to her camera.

bethany: yeah, i used to take a filming class.

me: why did you stop? you look so passionate.

bethany: i don't know, my mom said i should focus on school. so i stopped going.

me: well, i think you should start again.

she smiles at me. her smile makes me feel like the world stops for a second. it makes me feel like we were the only two people on this planet. she knows i understand her, and she knows i'm right.
