  Bethany's POV

I get home and flip on the couch from exhaustion. I close my eyes for a second to rest them, then open them once again. Logan peeks out from the corner of my eye and looks at me.

Logan: Tired?

Bethany: You know it.

I smile.

Logan: You look happy.

Bethany: You know it!

I say with more enthusiasm.

Logan: So this doesn't have to do with Daniel right? Just set.

Bethany: Why would it be Daniel?

Logan looks at me with confusion.

Logan: Because he's your boyfriend?

Bethany: Oh right.

I roll my eyes in disbelief of what I just said and look down at the fluffy carpet.

Logan: You okay?

Bethany: Perfectly fine... Give me a minute.

I stand up from the couch and walk towards my room, even though my room is inches away, I somehow manage to stumble and trip over my own two feet. Landing in the floor in my doorway.

Logan: Bethany? did you just die?

Bethany: Yeah Logan Im dead rip me.

I say sarcastically.

Logan laughs as I get up and shut the door behind me, slowly sliding down my wall until I sit down completely and cross my legs.
I whip my phone out and I can see that I have three missed calls from Daniel and two texts.
I open the texts. They read:

Daniel: Beth

Daniel: Call me when you see this?

I begin to type but I don't quite get a chance.

INCOMING CALL: Daniel cv 💕

I press the green button and put my phone up to my ear.

Daniel: Hey.

Beth: Hey.

I can feel the tension through the phone.

Daniel: Can we talk? For real this time.

Beth: Uh yeah. I'll be over in 15.

Daniel: Sounds good.

I sit, leaning against my door for a little bit and think about what I am going to say to him... It's time to tell him the truth.

I walk out of the apartment quickly, Logan barely noticing I left. I get into the elevator and call and Uber on the way down.
I walk out of the building and eventually get on Hollywood Boulevard and wait.

5 minutes until your Uber arrives.

I quickly text Mackenzie, asking her what time we have to be on set tomorrow when I feel a tap on my shoulder.

Anthony: Hey Beth.

Beth: Oh Anthony hey!

I smile and give him a friendly hug.

Beth: Do you live around here?

Anthony: No, I work part time in my best friends shoe store. He sometimes likes to have company.
