*a few weeks later*
Daniel's POV
i woke up this morning to sirens surrounding my house. it was barely morning actually. i frantically get up and look over to my window where i see flashing lights peeking through my curtains. i see my dad sitting on the steps leading up to the porch, with his head in his hands. i look over to where the commotion is coming from and i see my mom being wheeled away into an ambulance. i run outside, i try and stop them so i could at least say goodbye and hug her one last time. but before i could even get close, my dad swoops me off my feet as i watch them drive off. it's as if everything is happening in slow motion. my dad let's go of me, and i curl up into a ball, not knowing what to think.
my dad hugs me and i see the rest of my siblings slowly walking outside wandering what just happened.
Bethany's POV
i wake up to a faint yelling downstairs. i know it's loud but since i'm all at the other side of the house it's hard to hear. it's impressive how loud these boys can be sometimes. yesterday i turned in my documentary. i wouldn't say it was one, but more of a montage of what's going on here in LA.
it's been a few days since i've heard from daniel. it's understandable, his mom died three days ago. suddenly. i can't imagine what he's going through. a life without a mom...
the faint shouting continues for a while, like it always does. i head downstairs to see what's up and i see all the boys surrounding the table along with logan.
jack: bethany!
i jump as he runs to me frantically.
jack: hey.
me: hey.
jack: so we have some big news.
he walks back towards the rest of the boys and they all look at me.
corbyn: we are going on tour!
zach: and we want you to join us.
me: me? join you guys in tour?
i repeat them so i know for a fact i'm not dreaming.
jack: yeah what do you say?
me: heck yeah. but what about daniel? do you know when he's supposed to be back?
jack: no idea. we'll figure something out.
i can't really believe that this is my life now.
