Bethany's POV - The Next day
*Action*
We start the first scene of the day, its actually the last scene of the whole movie. Which is super exciting and I am so proud of everyone who has added to this experience of making the best movie possible. I've met so many people through this creative field that I had no idea I could even be incorporated into.
"Okay take 5"
We finish up the first half and then take 5. Next half is the scene I have been dreading since day one. First of all let me just say that Daniel hasn't texted me at all, like yeah I understand you hate me but I wish he could just text me to tell me he does. I am just kind of left in the dust. I get it... I just wish I didn't have to.
Going back to the scene today, it sucks because I have to kiss Anthony. Yes, it's one of those cliche movies where the guy gets the girl and everyone is happy. I haven't kissed him in years and I am not necessarily looking forward to either. But it's what everyone likes to call acting, so it doesn't mean anything... to me atleast.
I stroll from set, over to the buffet table and grab myself a donut. I know not the healthiest but they're here and they're free so I mean why not. I then make my way back to the green room where I see everyone blabbering about things that don't necessarily matter.
Anthony: Aye its Beth!!
I walk over to their little group huddled up in the corner.
Beth: Hey guys.
Mackenzie: I see you have a donut.
Beth: Always, and what are you doing here? You wrapped a while ago.
I embrace her in a hug.
Mackenzie: I wanted to be here whenever you wrap it up. And I want to see the final scene.
Beth: Of Anthony and I kissing?
Mackenzie: Yeah.
My face goes a little red for a few moments as silence over takes the room.
Mackenzie: Why don't you just warm up right now.
Anthonys head pops up out of either excitement or nervs.
Beth: I think we should save it for the actual moment.
Anthony: I agree.
He smiles at me with his blindingly white teeth.
Mackenzie: Come on guys.
Everyone else gets hyped up and is encouraging us to kiss.
A hush was emerced throughout the crowd of people as a loud beep goes off and many people scatter yelling "fire" all around us.
We all panic and run out of the building, getting separated along the way.
I make a right turn into the camera room and then into the lighting room, trying to find my way out of this so called building. I come across a dressing room with an open window and run over to it, looking at the ground bellow me. Many people are waving at me, calling my name. I wave to them as the fire truck pulls up. I see someone run inside as everyone screams at them to stop. I run back inside, the smoke filling up the entire room. I open the door and run out into the hallway, the fire grows higher and higher to my left. My breath turns into pants as I contiuously attempt to get out of the building. I feel like im in ikea. There are twists and turns that I dont expect. The smoke turns black and my eyes start to burn. The alarm still pounding in my ears. I become more weak by the second, I can't breathe. I continuously keep moving, entering a stairwell which wasnt as black. I run down frantically. I start feeling light headed, I stumble. I eventually find myself laying on the floor desparate. I try and stand and support my weight by leaning on the rail. I feel helpless until I see a bright light infront of me and I hear the handle of a door open. I couldnt believe my eyes when I feel someone lift me off the ground and bring me outside. My eyes were blinded by the sun... and still burning from the residue but my vision adjusts and look at the mysterious person carrying me. It is Daniel.
