"the only other person sitting in here... is my ex? This can't be happening"
Anthony: Bethany?
Beth: Anthony?
I remain standing, uncomfortably.
Beth: What are you doing here?
Anthony: I'm trying out for the roll of Derek.
I take a seat.
Beth: Since when did you move here? To LA?
Anthony: Beth, it's been quite some time since we broke up. I've been living here for a while.
Anthony is Jake's friend. I know this from his vlogs. Jake and I are pretty tight, and i've been to the Team 10 house but i guess he just wasn't there.
Beth: I've seen you on Jakes vlogs.
Anthony: And i've seen you on Logans... Who are you trying out for?
Beth: Peyton.
Anthony: Well hey, no hard feeling for what happened. I wish you the best of luck.
Beth: You too.
Antony has always been a nice guy. Basically what happened was, I thought he cheated but he didn't , and I know that now. But we both just didn't trust each other nearly enough so one day I decided that we just weren't for each other. I guess we're still friends but I haven't seen him since and I barely even know how he took the break up.
"Bethany Woodstock"
I hear my name being called from the lady in the other room and I head in.
Anthony waves bye to me and I wave back.
I walk into the room next door where I see 3 additional people sitting down at a large table. I look down and see an X on the floor and walk over and stand on it.
"Hi Bethany. My name is Janice, that's Pablo and the one on the end is Tristan"
"Hello" I say confidently.
Pablo: So what scene are you acting out for us today?
Beth: Scene 4.
Pablo: Good choice.
He smirks at me and I begin to portray someone different. At this moment I am no longer "Bethany Woodstock" I'm Peyton Rose!
I begin to finish up my lines, and i'm feeling super confident and I think they can tell. They're all smiling at me as I walk out.
"Thank you"
They all say in unison.
I walk back into the room I was in before and Anthony gets called back. There are many more people now sitting, and it makes me glad I came in early. It means I went in confidently without being too intimidated.
Anthony gets up and walks past me.
Beth: Good luck.
He looks back.
Anthony: Thanks.
He smiles and I walk out and back to the car where Daniel was parked.
As I get in, he high fives me and hugs me so tightly and doesn't let go.
