''With the way you smoke, I would think you're asking for a death wish... You're not immortal you know?'' Rose said with a nervous laugh when seeing the raven haired male grab the last cigarette from the box, seeing Roy make a face when he lit it, ''I fucking wish I wasn't.'', ''What?... I was joking... Besides... Everyone knows Immortality doesn't exist, it's illogical.'' The tanned girl said seeing Roy turn to her with a different expression, and raised brow. ''...Of course it doesn't Rose... Everyone knows Vampires and Immortality shouldn't even exist in the first place... They're both mistakes.'' Roy said without thinking with the lit cigarette in between his lips looking away, with Rose feeling she struck a nerve, ''You don't have a great sense of humor, do you?...'', ''I wouldn't like to think of it as a joke, but I wished it was.'' The raven haired male said in a tone that didn't sound like him, ''Are you alright?...'' She started. ''Hey, you need to get anything, or is it cool for me to close up?'' Edward interrupted feeling the tense atmosphere, ''Did... I... Interrupt something?...'' He asked seeing Roy shake his head, ''I'll meet you in the car.'' Roy said leaving with Edward turning to Rose who looked at him feeling bad, ''Rose?...'', ''Nothing happened, You can close up, I have my bag with me.'' She said with a laugh and usual smile, with Edward making a face since he had no idea what was going on, but decided to let it go, ''Okay...''. ''I guess this is goodnight.'' Roy said when he walked the blonde to the door, seeing Edward turn to him with a worried expression, ''What?...'' The raven haired male asked looking at the other curiously back to his old self, ''Riza is still asleep, so where exactly do you plan to go?'', ''I don't know, anywhere?'' Roy answered feeling Edward grab his sleeve, ''Al isn't here... He's spending the night with Win... So...'' Edward started softly. ''I was wondering if you wanted to spend the night with me watching movies with me and snacking maybe?...'' The blonde asked seeing Roy make a face and look away for a long moment, ''I hate cats though...'', ''I can keep her in Al's room, just please!... Stay... I just got some really good movies and... I want to watch them with you.'' Edward said, ''I don't know...'' Roy said looking at the time seeing Edward make a familiar face. ''Don't make that face.'' Roy said pulling Edward into his arms making a face, ''I hate when you make that face.'' He said softly, ''Do you drink by chance or no?'', ''Sometimes...'', ''Are you hungry?'', ''A little...'' Edward answered surprised at his boyfriend's sudden change of heart, ''...Okay... Get everything ready, and I'll be back in a bit.'' The raven haired vampire said feeling Edward hug him and bury his face in his chest, ''...You smell like cigarettes and it's gross, lay off them...'', ''I'll think about it.''. ''I wander if Baby Dracula even likes zombie flicks...'' Edward said to himself seeing that an hour had passed, making a face since he thought Roy bailed on him, ''I'm okay with those, and anything you want to watch.'' Edward heard Roy's voice cut in making him turn to see Roy sitting on the couch with two bags, ''...'', ''Open window, in case you were wondering...'' Roy quickly said pointing to the open window near Edward's room door. ''You came back...'', ''... I promised didn't I?...'' Roy said with a serious expression, but smiled suddenly, ''Hey.... Close your eyes.'' He said seeing Edward look at him with his large golden eyes uncertain, ''You can trust me Edward.'', ''Okay...'' The blonde said closing his eyes feeling what felt like a pat on the head opening his eyes with a raised brow, ''You just pat my head like I was a dog...'', ''No... Try again.'' Roy said casually. ''Try again?...!'' Edward said patting his head to feel a hat on his head, ''A hat?...'', ''A Captain's hat like yours, but this one has a small gold shield on it, and I got you another one with a skull on it.'' Roy said pulling out another hat just as he described it, ''...What's the occasion?'' Edward asked a bit surprised, taking the other hat feeling Roy put his hand to his face, looking up with their eyes meeting. "One... A really later, and better birthday gift, and two... This for the night you stayed with me...'' Roy said fixing the hat, as Edward Blushed at the reminder of the night they slept together, ''I was too needy to realize that, we had month being together, and you were too nice to tell me anything.'' He said seeing the blonde look at him quietly, ''Anyways... I brought beer and boneless wings, so you can pop in that movie while I set this up for you okay?''. ''You're supposed to feed aren't you?'' Edward asked casually during the movie without turning to Roy, ''Mmm... Beer and blood don't mix for me. It's either one or the other.'' He heard Roy say, ''And you still haven't bitten me...'', ''I told you I'm biding my time.'' Roy replied with the blonde finishing up the wings by himself, ''You sure you don't want some?'' Edward asked, ''No, I'm good. I got it for you, so enjoy it.''. Edward couldnt help himself but glance over constantly to the raven haired vampire who was slowly dozing off, during the movie looking over Roy's parted lips and fangs, hearing his soft breathing, ''I wanna make out with him...'' Edward thought getting flustered at his thoughts knowing well they both were slightly drunk, deciding to let the movie play on coming onto the sleeping vampire, sitting on his lap inches from his face. ''He's really beautiful...'' Edward thought brushing a few bangs away from Roy's sleeping pale face jolting up when the raven haired male suddenly opened a dark eye, ''You really think so?'' Roy asked seeing Edward blush heavily at the mind reading, ''You wanna make out with me huh?'', ''I... I do...'' The blonde admitted getting embaressed when feeling the vampire's dark seductive eyes meet his eyes, along with a seductive smile revealing his sharp fangs more, ''You're becoming more honest aren't you?~''. Edward's heart raced more when feeling the other's slender fingers grab the pins from his bangs and undo his hair, letting it loose and onto his back and shoulders taking his chance to put his hands on the pale vampire's face, running his thumb over his fang with a flustered expression leaning forward and pressing his lips against Roy's who kissed him back running his hands inside his shirt and up his body as the kiss got more passionate. ''Even though you were tired from working all day, you still wanted to spend time with me?... Honestly...'' Roy said staring at the sleeping blonde who was breathing lightly in his sleep with the blanket barely covering up his naked marked up body, ''What's so great about being human...'' The raven haired male said in a mumble looking at Edward's scarred up wrists making a face, grabbing a bit of Edward's loose golden hair leaning forward and kissing the blonde's marked up neck. Roy couldn't help but look at Edward's neck when he pulled away, tempted to bite his neck then and there but controlled himself despite his small hunger, feeling the blonde suddenly pull himself close to him and press his bare body against his and lean his head on his neck, breathing softly on it but smile suddenly in his sleep, making him realize Edward was going to age like everyone else around him was, immediately making a face putting his arms around the sleeping blonde, and holding him against his chest.
