Count Your Blessings

"Hey Roy? Have you ever thought about what you want in life?" A voice said making Roy turning around to see Hughes next to him at the packed pier they would always be at, hinting Roy he was dreaming going with it after seeing his best friend smile at him as he put his arm around him. "No, not really.", "Not really huh?... You know I like Edward, he's perfect for you, he seems to accept you for who and what you are, and you seem to like him too... Why not settle down with him?" Hughes asked seeing Roy make a face, piecing together what was bothering his friend. "Roy keep that up and you won't make it to see another day... Edward cares for you, and he's shown it time and time again... Isn't it about time you start being honest with him and start opening up and being honest with your feelings?" Hughes asked seeing Roy frown and stay quiet making him sigh.

"You're surrounded by people that love you, and I'm sure Edward appreciated what you did for him, if you didn't care for him you would be going through all this trouble for him... You wouldn't be suffering like this on whether you want to bite him or not... Quit being so stubborn and count your blessings, Baby Dracula..." Hughes said simply going quiet. That was enough to wake Roy up, opening his eyes to see a tanned woman looking down at him from a seat, seeing the Rose look alike look at him silently, but him calm and composed not surprise by him opening her mouth to speak, "Your friend is right you know... Edward wouldn't like what you're doing, Baby Dracula." She said simply. "Huh?" Roy said about to sit up and question the Rose look alike but felt the back of his head hurt putting his hand on his face sitting up making a face but sucked it up, "Roy you're finally awake!" Edward's voice said feeling a sudden hug hearing the blond apologizing and putting his face against his a bit too roughly.

"I'm sorry!", "...It's fine Edward..." Roy said quietly feeling his fangs had retracted out, feeling the Rose look alike looking at him quickly trying to hide them,  "Who's the gypsy?..." Roy asked in a defensive tone seeing everyone look at him like as if he shouldn't have said that, "...Roma... I prefer the term Roma." Noah said casually but look at Roy not surprised. "Roy Mustang..." Edward said in a familiar tone hinting Roy he was being rude glancing to the Roma who looked up to the German who was apologizing on his behalf, "This is Noah... The person I was throwing the get together for..." The German said making Roy feel bad for his attitude but kept his defense up. "Look I'm sorry-!?" Roy started only to get his breath cut short when feeling two more people hug him tightly, "Okay... This is a little too much..." The vampire said hearing the two small girls stomachs growl, hinting they hadn't eaten, "Nina and Elicia didn't want to eat till you woke up..." Winry said looking over to Gracia who seemed to hang up her phone.

"I ordered some pizzas, since it's a lot of us and we just dropped by unannounced... It was the least I could do, but it's only pick up so-", "I'll go." Noah said volunteering surprising her, "It's late though.", "I'll take him with me." The Roma girl said looking over to Roy who made a face but sigh, "Sure, it's the least I could do...". "Jesus, my head is killing me... I didn't Think Edward was that strong." Roy said to himself walking behind Noah in the quiet streets, never noticing the Roma fall behind and walk behind him, a bit concerned at how silent she was wondering how she knew about Hughes and his nickname Edward had given him. "Edward has changed a lot, since the last time I saw him." He heard Noah say turning over to see her walking next to him looking straight with a serious expression, "What do you mean...", "Edward wasn't always so friendly with people, let alone let someone into his heart..." She started glancing over to the careful male.

 "So it was surprising to hear him say that you two were dating." She said staring at Roy for a long moment in silence again, "Four months today huh? Congratulations." She said simply turning around feeling the raven haired male grab her arm, surprising her a bit but kept her cool. "If this about earlier with you calling me that, it's fine-", "You're clairvoyant aren't you." Roy said seeing the Rose look alike react slightly impressed, "Usually it takes people along time to figure that out, I'm impressed." She said before speaking again, "Let's go, we don't want to keep everyone waiting, do we?". The raven haired vampire stayed quiet the walk back with the pizzas in his hands, unable to make conversation with the Roma making a face before hearing her speak suddenly, "A mother... Is always walking besides you, but you don't seem to notice her... She wants you to notice her.".

"What?" Roy asked turning to the Noah confused, before hearing the door open jumping up when feeing Edward wrap his arms around him, "Yay, you're back!" Edward said simply before kissing his neck getting his boyfriend flustered, "...Later okay?", "Okay~". "Ugh, get a room you two." A voice said making Noah look up to see the Greed, Envy and Lust at the door with Envy making a face in disgust, making Noah finally crack smile and laugh, before walking over to Roy grabbing the pizzas from his hands getting Roy embarrassed from when he turned to them. "Took you guys long enough." Everyone inside said making Roy react getting interrupted before he had a chance to speak, "No fair, I wanna hug Mustang too." Both Edward And Roy heard turning around to see Elicia and Nina at the door pouting at their interaction.

 "Was Roy nice to you?" Alfons asked nervously to Noah who put the pizzas on the table smiling, "He's great." She answered before hearing Roy scream, followed by the sounds of the girls laughing, making her look up for a long moment in silence taking a deep breath. "Noah?..." The German started to see the Roma smiling at him, ''Roy won't say anything, but he really wants to start a family with Edward... He thinks it's a silly thing to bring up, It's sad to see him denying the little things in life just because of what he is...''She said quietly with a sad expression. ''I think he deserves to be happy... Don't you think, Alfons?'' She asked looking back to the German than looking to the raven haired male who was sitting on the floor smiling at the two small girls hugging him, looking up to Winry touching her stomach, surrounded by the friends and family, making the blue eyed male smile sadly, ''Yeah...I think so too..''.
