''Really? Winry and Al asked you and Roy that? That's great.'' The German said a few days later  in the small coffee shop to his Co-worker as he spoke to him about the whole Godparent thing, ''Mhm... But you never really see same sex Godparents so...'' Edward said pausing with a laugh getting the coffee grinds ready before they opened. ''So? You worry too much of what people think Ed.'' Alfons said with a sigh, ''I know I do... It's just that-'', ''Stop. Right. There.'' Alfons said with a sigh going over to Edward putting his hands on his shoulders letting out a sigh, ''I'm sorry.'', ''And you continue on...'' The German said hanging his head making a face, but got serious looking Edward in his golden eyes. ''Random question... What does this look like to you?'' The blue eyed male asked pulling his collar down, revealing the bite mark on his neck Roy had left on him making Edward's face twitch as he smiled, ''Looks like a bug bite to me...'', ''Hmm, Rose told me it looked like a Vampire bite.'' The German said fixing his collar back in place shrugging. ''D-Don't be ridiculous... Vampires in this day and age?'' Edward said with a nervous laugh, ''You're right but... I seem to recall seeing fangs on Roy-'', ''I was joking Alfons.'' Rose's voice cut in making both males turn to see the purple eyed girl putting on her apron, ''Besides... By the sounds of it, you're accusing Roy of being something Inhuman...'' She said with Edward feeling his face twitch more, smiling nervously at how wreckless Roy was being lately about himself. ''You're right, I'm sorry'' The German said now faceing the tanned girl, ''And we both know Ed here doesn't believe in Vampires.'' He added getting serious again, ''You two are really getting into the whole Vampire thing aren't you?...'' Edward asked with a nervous laugh, ''More or less.'' Both answered turning to him, ''...Isn't about time we open?'' Edward asked making them jump up, ''You're right!''. ''That idiot should be more careful about himself...'' Edward thought as he worked making a face, ''But he's kind of been ignoring me on and off lately for some reason... But he seems to be dealing with his own personal issues...'' Edward recalled when catching Roy blank out, and bite his nails making a face a few times, ''Yet... He goes back to normal when he snaps out of it...''. ''I wonder if Riza knows...'' Edward thought before snapping out of it when the blender top came off, and the coffee had gotten all over him, ''Not again!'', ''Ed, you need to pay attention more.'' Rose said in the back handing his red hoodie to the grumpy blonde, who was just took off his shirt making Rose blush slightly at seeing him half dressed, looking away as he slipped on the sweater zipping it up with a sigh, ''I know.''. ''Hey, I forgot to give you this.'' Rose said making Edward turn to see the tanned girl holding a black bag, ''What's this?'' He asked taking it looking at it, ''I don't know... It was by the back door, it had a note with your name on it.'' She said before going back to working, leaving Edward alone and looking at the note on the bag, ''Edward, you deserve this... Here you go.'' Edward read out loud seeing a heart follow after the writing confusing him. ''...What?...'' He questioned opening the bag, with his golden eyes widening in surprise at what he saw, inside was the black pricey captain's hat he had seen a while back, confusing him since he had never mentioned it to Roy once, ''...I only saw that weird woman that day...No... It's a coincendence, that's all.'' He quickly said brushing it off, and putting it back in the bag and on top of his stained shirt, ''Whatever... Back to work.''. ''I just want to go home and sleep... I'm so fucking exhausted...'' Edward thought sighing after his shift was over, ''Get yourself together Edward... Get it together...'' The blonde thought making a face, leaning against the wall putting his hands to his face, ''Ed?'' A voice said making Ed snap out of it, to see The German look at him worried, ''Are you alright?''. ''...Yeah... Sorry... I'm just really tired.... That's all.'' Edward replied with a smile getting himself together, seeing Alfons's blue eyes still look at him worried, and cross his arms, ''...If it was about what I said in the morning, I'm sorry.'', ''No... It wasn't that... It's just...'', ''You're tired? Because you seem tired. Just go home and rest, okay?'' The German said seeing the other smile with a small laugh, ''Yeah... I'll do that...''. ''Al, I'm home-'' Edward called out opening the door to see no one was home, ''He must be with Win... Guess I'll take the peace and quiet right now.'' The blonde said to himself putting bag on the table next to his bed, and his shirt next to it pulling the sweater zipper down halfway exposing his chest and stomanch a bit undoing his braid, and letting it fall on his back and shoulders. ''...This is all too weird, who is it from?...'' He thought opening his window letting the air in, glancing over to the bag again with a silent expression, ''Did you like the gift I gave you Edward?'' A familiar female voice said making the blonde jump up in a quick panic, and look over to the window, to see no one there jumping on his bed quickly to get his phone to call Roy. ''Sorry... But your little boyfriend is busy at the moment~'' The voice said again much closer making Edward look up and around his room in a panic, screaming when he was pushed and cornered against the wall suddenly dropping his phone, finally facing the mysterious woman he had seen many times before, feeling himself blush when she came on to him, and grabbing his face with a tinted smile showing her own pair of sharp fangs. The woman was light skinned wearing a showy black dress, that exposed half her breasts, along with a slit on the side of the dress, that exposed her thigh, seeing she was wearing black thigh highs and knee length black heeled boots, followed by dark claw like nails, long dark hair, sharp amethyst eyes, dark tinted lips, completing her beautiful face to follow her beautiful figure getting Edward nervous when she pressed her chest against his inching near his face. ''H-How did you get in here...'' Edward stammered nervously when the woman's fangs showed more when she smiled, ''Unlike him... I don't need to be invited in...'' The woman said with a teasing smile looking over the nervous blonde, ''No need to be nervous... I won't hurt you Edward~'' She said running her finger down Edward's chest and stomach seeing him react. ''You're much prettier up close... No wonder Roy took a liking to you.'' The woman said backing up with a serious expression, ''...I thought there was no one else like him left.'' Edward said keeping his calm, ''Did he really tell you that?... Please, I made him.'' The woman huffed making a face, ''You know for a human, you're pretty calm...'' She said pressing her body against the blonde's more. ''Y-You... You're the one that made Roy?...'' Edward said surprised and nervous, '' Of course, I'm Lust... But you can call me Solaris.'' She cooed to the blonde running her hand through his golden hair, ''How could you, a simple pretty human be changing a Vampire?'' Lust questioned licking her fangs as she looked at the blonde's neck, ''To think he still hasn't bitten that pretty neck of yours... That's a shame.''. ''You know... I could just... Give myself to you right now, and show you real pleasure from a real woman...'' Lust said zipping down Edward's sweater, making the blonde jump up and put his hand on her chest blushing more when realizing he had grabbed her breast accidentally, making him pull it away quickly, ''H-How about no...''. ''Or I could just tear your heart out of your chest, here and now...'' The dark haired female said pressing her nails over Edward's chest, where his heart was, seeing him stiffen up in a panic, ''I'm joking... Besides... I know you're head over heels, over that horrible excuse of a Vampire...'' Lust said softly, ''I just wanted to meet you, honest.'' She said getting off the blonde and heading back for the open window. ''Take care of that useless Vampire real good, because that little bit of faith he's holding on to, isn't going to save him, neither will that tattoo or necklace... See you again soon Edward.'' Lust simply, ''H-Hey!... Wait!'' Edward almost shouted, ''W-What's it like!'' He said making Lust turn to him with a raised brow, ''...What's what like?'', ''Being a Vampire!'' Edward asked seeing the head Vampire walk to him again. ''You seen it for yourself right?... With that useless no good Vampire.'' She said seeing Edward stay quiet and make a face, ''Sometimes us vampires have a death wish, so we don't go on with our immortal life feeling alone, watching everyone we know and love age and die while we never die... Remember that.'' She said simply tapping the middle of Edward's forehead with her claw like nail. ''But of course you already know the feeling of having a personal death wish... So that makes you no different than us.'' She said simply disappearing suddenly, making Edward's golden eyes widened at what she said, putting his hand over his heart looking at the scars on his wrists that she was refering too, ''How did she know about these?...'' He asked before jumping up in a panic when hearing his phone go off, falling off his bed glancing over to the phone seeing it was Roy who was calling him, ''Speak of the devil...''.
