38: The hell?

"Two?! Oh my god Y/n that's amazing!" She hugged me. "I know I don't even know how that happened!" Lynn pulls away and says, "Ollina should be coming here soon you can ask her how that might be possible? Knowing how she had a thought on you being pregnant and it was right maybe she'll know how twins is possible," Lynn says going back into the kitchen."I'm going to go lay down because I feel like taking a nap, call me if you need anything though," Dan says kissing my cheek. "Will do, have a nice nap. I'm feeling kinda tired myself so, I'll be joining you soon."

I walk into the kitchen with Lynn to see her eating an apple. "It's so weird you know... I think I'm going to start looking up bunch of stuff. I want to get an idea on how big I'm going to get. Also what I'm going to go through because I know the "morning sickness" is already kicking my ass. I've had to pee a lot more... I know there's just a lot to come," I explain.

"You'll get through it though. I know you will," Lynn says. A yawn escaped pass my lips. "I'm gonna go take a nap," I tell her walking out of the room. "Have a nice nap," she chuckles. I walk up the stairs and went to the bathroom before going into my room. I unhooked my bra and took off the straps then pulled it out the sleeve of my shirt. I threw it on the chair, the crawled into bed next to Dan. He was already out. I just laid my head on his chest and draped my arm over his abdomen. The baby, I mean babies has caused me to be even more clingy than I already was. I wonder if it's gonna start to get on his nerves.

"Angel, wake up," I heard Dan's voice. "Hm?" I mumble. "The police are at the door?" I opened my eyes becoming a little more alert. "Why?" I ask sitting up. "I don't know they're waiting down stairs though and they said they needed you," he answers. I get out of bed and go with Dan downstairs. It was the same police that were there at the hospital that day when Danny broke in. "Officer Ross and Grant? What are you doing here?" I ask sitting on the couch across from them.

"We have some bad news...," Ross trails off. "What's...wrong?" I ask. "I know you have a restraining order but that won't stop him from coming after you again.. or dan because I'm sure he knows you're with him," She says. "What are you talking about?" I ask her again.
"He broke out, no one knows how... their systems were messing up and boom he was gone."
My heart rate started to speed.
"So he's out and on the run?!" Dan placed a hand on my back and started to rub it soothingly.

"Don't panic, there's ways to avoid this okay? Make sure you have an alarm system and it's on. Don't go out alone. If you need to we'll basically keep watch in case anything happens. We'll do anything we can to ensure your safety." She tells me. I nod, even though that didn't calm me one bit. He's out? He's on the loose... he's coming for me. He's coming for my family... The officers stand as Ross says, "Alright come by in the morning and we'll discuss it at the office what will be done. Until then please turn on your alarms. Until then...just be carful."

I walk them out. Ross turns and says to me, "Everything's gonna be fine." I shut the door and lean against it. Dan comes towards me and I hug him immediately. "Everything's going to be fine okay?" Dan pulls away and cups my face in his hands. I look him in his eyes, "I'm not going to let him get to you again. He's going to be messing with my family. Baby, I won't let him hurt you ever again," he tells me pushing hair out of my face. I nod and he kisses my lips. "I love you," I tell him. "I love you too." He hugs me holding onto me tightly. "Also try not to stress okay? I hear that's not good for the babies."

I hope we're going to be okay. I wanna forget about this. I don't want to worry right now... today should be happy. "Dan, I don't wanna think about him right now. I wanna get my mind off of it please?"

"Anything you want," he tells me. "Let's watch a movie and have pizza," I tell him. "Okay we'll order it and go pick it up then," Dan says.

"Y/n, who was at the door?" Lynn ask coming downstairs with Ollina. "The police.." I answer. "Why?" She ask slowing down. "Danny apparently has broken out and might be coming for me and Dan," I tell her.
"What the hell? What are you going to do?" She ask. "I don't know but I just wanna forget about it right now. I don't want to stress over it right now, I know it's most likely not good for the twins," I say. "So we're gonna order pizza, and watch a movie," Dan says. Dan gets up and says, "Which I'm going to order right now."

"Twins! That's so amazing!" Ollina says coming over to me. I can tell she's trying to change the subject and thank god. "I know I don't even know how it happened," I smiled. "Well it could've happened by you producing two eggs from ovulation cause you're too young to have twins because you're "older" or maybe Dan has a history of twins? Either way though this is amazing," she smiles. "Thank you, I'm excited too. Just I hope everything goes okay. I hope my parents are okay with this...."

"Why wouldn't they be?"
"When my sister got pregnant my mom was happy my dad wasn't too ecstatic until my niece was actually here. My dad was already over protective over me when he found out I was dating again. I just hope he isn't angry with me or disappointed," I explain.  "Hey, if he's not happy now he will be later. He'll have to give in sometime I mean those are his grandchildren after all."

"The pizza should be ready in fifteen," Dan says. "We'll go get it and have a movie night with you guys. It seems fun," Lynn says. "Come on Oli," Lynn says grabbing her keys. "Nice talking with you," Ollina says getting up. They both walk out and Dan comes over to me and I meet him half way. He wraps his arms around my waist and kisses me. He pulls away and rest his forehead on mine, then he says, "Everything will get better babe, I know it will."
