~Nash's POV~

Casey has been gone for almost 30 minutes. I looked out the window and saw here sitting on the beach. She looked upset. I went downstairs and walked down to the shore. I sat down next to her.

"Casey . . . do you want to talk about anything or?" I asked.

"No. I'm fine. Are you doing anything tomorrow? Because I am going to meet up with some friends and I just didn't want to leave you with nothing to do." She said.

"Yeah. I was actually going to hang out with my family, because we only have a few more weeks left until I leave for magcon tour." I said. Her eyes went wide.

"Leave? You're leaving?" She sounded surprised. I thought maybe she was one of those fangirls, but just wasn't a creepy fan.

"Yeah, I'm leaving at the end of the summer. Which is in about 3 to 4 weeks." I said. Her jaw was still dropped and she looked mad.

"But, why . . . um let's talk about it later okay?" She said to me.

"Okay. I can deal with that." I said. I wrapped my arm around her shoulder and she rested her head on my shoulder. I kissed her forehead.

"NASH! CASEY! COME IN FOR DINNER!" I heard my mom yell outside.

I turned around and I got up. I held out my hand and helped Casey up. I held her hand while we walked back into the house. The kitchen smelt magical and it was making me even more hungry. My family ate like horses and Casey barely ate anything. She just picked at her food. It probably had to do with what happened. Hopefully everything is okay.

~Casey's POV~

Nash's mom made really good food, but I wasn't really in the mood to eat. So I tried to pick at my food a little so they would think I at least liked it. After dinner Mrs. Grier told us to relax and to get ready for dessert. She said she made her special apple pie and thought I might be up for it.

Nash walked me back upstairs and we layed down on the bed.

"Casey, is everything okay? Please tell me, I'm worried about you. You wouldn't even eat." Nash said. He sounded really concerned.

"Nothing's wrong. Im just a little extra tired today. And I'm not that hungry." Don't worry about me, I'm fine." I said. I didn't want him to not hang out with his family so he could just stop me from going to a party.

"Okay. Good." He said. Then he wrapped his arms around me and held me tight. Then Hayes opened the door.

"DESSERT!" He screamed into the room. I laughed, but Nash's face was red and he looked like he was going to smack him accross the face. I held Nash's hand and rubbed the palm of his hand. He calmed down and we walked downstairs.

They ate the apple pie pretty fast. I'm a slow eater but Nash was scorfing down his slice like it was the last slice on Earth. It took me quite a while to even eat half of it. After we finished Nash took me through the backyard and to my house.

"I had a lot of fun today." I said.

"Me too." Nash said.

"I'll text you tomorrow?" I asked.

"Yeah. Okay." Nash said.

Then he put his hand on my cheek. When his hand touched me, it was like lightning went through my body. I looked up at him and deep into his eyes. He leaned in, and I noticed that I was also leaning in. I just went with it. I closed my eyes and kissed him softly on the lips. He let go and kissed me on the cheek. It was one of the best kisses ever!

"I love you." Nash said. I wasn't sure how to respond. I wasn't sure of my feelings for him yet. I knew that I like-liked him, but love is such a strong word. Last time I said it I regreted it. But I didn't care, because I do love him.

"I love you too." I replied back. Then I kissed his cheek and walked throigh the back door.

I felt sparks flying and the world stop. Everything around me is no longer visible and I'm able to do whatever I want with Nash. He makes me feel stronger, like I could do anything and become a much better person than what I am now.
