~Nash's POV~
I drove as fast as I could to the lake house. I was on the road for more than an hour. Once I was taking the side roads I turned my lights off. I finally drove up to it. It looked empty. Then I saw a cigarette ember from the distance. Then the door swung open and shut. The cigarette was dead and the man was gone.
I parked a block away and decided to first check out the place. I looked through some windows and looked for places with easy and fast escape.
I saw an already completely windowless window and made sure that I could easily get through. I went back to my car and waited a few minutes. I called the cops and told them the address. I needed to make sure that I would have a back up plan, just in case.
I heard I huge bang and crash. I got out of the car and ran to the house. I went inside.
"CASEY? CASEY? ARE YOU IN HERE?" I screamed to the top of my lungs, even if it meant dealing with Caleb.
I checked a bunch of rooms and even the basement. There was no sign of anyone here. They must have left.
~Casey's POV~
"Get up! Now!" I followed orders and stood up. He unshackled me and unhandcuffed my hands. He tied my hands with a rope in front of me. He put a sack over my head and told me to hurry up the stairs.
My legs were killing me. I could barely move. He dragged me across the floor. I was shoeless and had no clue where we were going.
I felt the cold moist soil under my feet. As I stepped on rocks and sticks I tried not to wince in pain. It hurt so bad but I had to keep moving.
I followed him but I couldn't see well. My eye sight was blurry from the sack but I could see shapes, but it was getting dark. I heard some muffled voices and people fighting. Then I heard a gun shot and Nash's voice.
"NASH!" I tried screaming but my voice hurt. "STOP!"
I saw the blur turn around and I heard his voice.
"Casey. I'm gonna carry you." Then he picked my up and I closed my eyes. Hoping that we'll be alright.
