~Casey's POV~
I wake up in the hospital. My head hurt really bad. I try to sit up, but it is really hard. A few people, who I assume are my doctors walk in.
"Hi Casey. We're glad you're up. How are you feeling?" One if the nurses asked.
"Fine, I guess." I could feel how dry my mouth was. "Can I have some water?" I asked while practically choking out my words.
"Sure. I'll be right back." She said while walking out of the room.
I just stare at the door. The rest if the doctors there. One of them leaves and the other follows. Now I'm here all left alone. I lay there by myself for a little, thinking about when I can see my family. I wonder how all of my friends are doing.
Then the nurse comes back in with a cup filled with water. She hands it to me and I chug it down as fast as possible.
"Casey?" She says once I'm done.
"Yeah."
"I sort of have a surprise for you." She whispered.
"What is it?"
"I should just show you instead." She stood up. "Stay here."
"Where else would I go?" She laughed at my remark and left the room for a minute or two. Then I saw her walk back in.
"Casey. Here." She moved to the side, revealing a cute guy. His hair was a little messy, but it was all flavored up in the front. Yet, those big blue eyes looked so familiar.
"CASEY!" He said as he ran toward me. He hugged me and kissed me on the cheek. "Thabk god you're okay!"
I was still so confused. And it's not like I even knew who he was.
"Um . . . not to be rude or anything, but . . . who are you again?" I asked.
He stepped back and slumped his shoulders. His smiled had disappeared as if I had smacked it right off of his face. He stood there, speechless.
"You don't remember me?" He asked, tears filling his eyes.
"Um. No not really. I'm sorry. Maybe I will. You do seem really familiar though." I said.
"Casey, I'm Nash! Your boyfriend." He tried telling me as calmly as possible. The word boyfriend made me feel upset. Not at him, but at myself. I couldn't even remember my own boyfriend.
"Uh. Hi Nash." I whispered.

"So you seriously don't remember me?" He asked.
He was sitting next to me on the bed. We were both eating the disgusting hospital food.
"Yeah. I mean, I don't really know. I'm just confused about everything." I said.
I looked down at the food that was left on my plate.
"Nash?" He looked up. "Can I ask you a question?"
"Yeah. Sure, anything you want." He said.
"Did I . . . love you? Like I mean, were we like in love?"
"Well, I don't know about you. But I definitely was. I mean, you acted like you were in love with me." He looked away and I saw his eyes starting to water.
"Nash . . . I'm sorry. I just-"
"No. You didn't do anything. It's just that I forgot how truely and madly in love with you I am." He put his hands in top of mine.
We started walking back to hospital room and I layed back down on the bed. I let Nash lay down next to me.
The doctors came in and told me that I was allowed to leave today. Nash said he was going to get me some clothes so I was there by myself for a little while.
I layed back and grabbed my phone. So many messages.
There were a lot from people that were just saying hi or from group chats. I went on Twitter and tweeted 'hospitals have the worst food :(' And instantly everyone was replying.
I got some hate, but I expected that kind of thing, and I have gotten use to it. I mean, Nash was a famous viner so I didn't really mind. I was going to get hate for whatever I did.
I closed the app right when Nash came in. He handed me the clothes and helped me to the bathroom.
"Thanks. I'll only be a minute." I said closing the door.
"Are you sure you don't want help?" He asked.
"No, I'm okay."
I took off the hospital gown and put on my sweat pants and what I assumed was one of Nash's t shirts. I got my flipflops and put my hair in a bun. I opened the door and walked over to Nash.
"Okay. I already signed you out. Let's go home and relax now." He said while kissing my cheek.
"Um okay." I wasn't sure how to react. Oh god, this is going to be long day.
