Chapter 41

~Nash's POV~

I got in the car and layed Casey down in the passengers seat. I buckled her in and kissed her forehead. She was cold and lifeless. Her skin was extremely pale and I kept think that she was dead. I didn't want to check her pulse, I just kept driving to the hospital.

I don't need to check it because she's not dead. She alive and she will live.

~Casey's POV~

I opened my eyes and adjusted to the brightness. I wasn't where I was before. I was in the forest. I didn't have the shackles on anymore. My dress was perfect and fit a little bit better than it had before.

I saw a big willow tree and ran to it. There was another girl, about my age, there that looked familiar. I walked up to her.

"Where am I?" I asked her.

She was silent for a while and she didn't even look at me. Then she turned her head a little.

"Well I believe that this is heaven." she whispered.

I felt tears in my eyes.

"Don't cry, this should be happy. You are free of all your troubles. Just like I did. I've been waiting for you Casey." She smiled and put out her hand for me to hold.

"I'm...are you-"

"Brittany? Yes, Casey. I just want you to know that whatever happened I will still love you. So, are you ready?"

Tears fell from my eyes and off my cheek. I couldn't let go. I still had so much to live for, and I couldn't leave Nash just yet.

"I'm sorry Brittany. But it's not my time. I can't let go." I gave her a big hug and ran away. I ran far from the tree and ran towards the darkness, towards life.

"NASH! NASH!" I kept going until I fell. I couldn't get up. Everything went black. I am going to live.

~Nash's POV~

We got to the hospital. I picked Casey up and ran inside.

"WE NEED A DOCTOR!!! I NEED A DOCTOR!" The doctors came running over. They put her on the gernie and brought her to a room. Leaving me behind, with only my tears and the fear of losing my forever.
