Hey guys! Thanks for reading! :D This chapter is a slightly more intense chapter as it gets towards the end :) I really had fun writing this one and listened to Sia Furler's 'Breathe me' for inspiration (great song, seriously if you want to write intense parts then listen to this song and the words will come flowing out of you) Hope you enjoy! :D love ya! :D

I walked into the room and saw about a hundred people standing around a huge table. They all stared at me like I was a glass of water after they had been famished for days. I smiled at them and they all bowed.
“Oh no! Please don’t bow!” I said whilst blushing bright red.
“What shall you have them do then Iris?” Aria asked me from where she was stood at the head of the table.
“Absolutely nothing; I don’t want to be treated like I’m superior to them. I am no better than any of them.” I told her.
She smiled warmly at me and nodded her head.
“Spoken like a true warrior.” She replied. “Everybody please sit down; breakfast will be served now.”
Everyone sat down and I spotted Lance and Heathcliff sitting together with a spare seat in between them. I waved to them and they both waved back slightly.
“Lance and Heathcliff think that you look like an angel.” Amour giggled. All three of them were sitting on my shoulder looking around.
I blushed quickly and looked at the floor.
“Shh! No they don’t!” I whispered to them.
“Aww she’s blushing.” Antoinette laughed.
“Yes they do! I can read their emotions. They feel like they have just met the most beautiful girl in the world. Heathcliff’s heart I swear skipped a beat as he watched you enter and he isn’t hiding his feelings from himself. Lance however is confused. For a moment he felt nothing but love and adoration but that was quickly covered by confusion because he is confused of his feelings for you. He also felt anger as he saw the way Heathcliff was looking at you. His heart is very fragile as it has been tempered with before and he doesn’t let anyone close. However as he gets to know you more his barrier is starting to fade away and it scares him. Be gentle with him Iris.” Rose explained.
I nodded in confusion and smiled.
“Ooh look, Lance is walking over!” Antoinette squealed.
“He’s like your knight in shining armour! Be still my beating heart!” Amour said dramatically whilst raising her hand and resting it against her forehead in a ‘damsel in distress’ way. I rolled my eyes.
“Hopeless bunch of romantics.” I teased.
They all stuck their tongues out to me and I laughed. I heard someone cough in front of me and I saw it was Lance.
“Hello Iris.” He said smoothly. I swear he was doing it on purpose; he was making me swoon so badly! He was wearing black pants with a silver shirt like the elf men wore and it certainly did him justice. His muscles were clearly shown and making me drool.
“Hi Lance.” I smiled to him. I had to keep calm. Breathe, Iris, breathe!
Lance held his arm out to me and I looked at it in confusion.
