The trainer and shiny umbreon ran to the next town of Striaton City in the Unova Region. It was a little packed with other people and Pokemon and Natalie didn't want Leila to be gazed at the entire time there, so she brought out Baron. The houdoom glared at them when they told him what was going on and what had happened.

"Why didn't you let me fight the buizel!" Baron growled.

"Because he was a water type and the boy wanted to fight against Leila." Natalie explained.

He grumbled something about, "More attention."

"Baron." the trainer said to her Pokemn warningly.

"Fine, I'll do it! Just put her back in the ball while we go for the gym leader." the houndoom growled.

"Sorry, Leila, but I don't want you Pokemon-napped." Nata,ie said, turning toward the umbreon standing beside her.

"That's fine. I won't like to be Poke-napped anyway." Leila said sadly.

Nodding her head, Natalie reached into her coat pocket and got out a Dusk Ball. The red light came immediately toward the umbreon, sensing her presnse and wrapped her in the light before being pulled back in the Dusk Ball.

"I wonder what Pokemon see in Pokemon Balls." Natalie wondered aloud.

"A Pokemon's favorite place to be." Barom replied with a snort before walking into the city. "Who's the gym leader?"

"There's actually three here, Baron." the trainer replied, looking around and finding a Pokemon Center.

"Who do you fight if there's three? Do you fight all three?" houndoom asked excitedly.

"No." Natalie replied sternly, "It depends on what partner Pokemon you choose. I choose Snivy so I would have to battle the fire type leader here."

"Why did you have to choose a grass type?" Baron mumbled.

"I can have different types. Not all have to deal with level, you know."

"Can I still fight?"

"If only you use dark type moves."

"Come on. I see a Pokemon Center. Let's heal up there before fighting the gym leader." Natalie said before walking into the building.

Leila was sitting down on a rock, looking out at the fake lake, the waves reflecting off the moon's silver glow. It was always night here. Never day, never any light but the full moon. The shiny umbreon enjoyed that part, but didn't like how everything was just an illusion.

The edges around the inside of the Pokemon Ball grew a light grey, making the lake look lighter than it ever was. A pale green light fluttered her way over to her and embraced her. It wasn't like the red light that shot her out of the Dusk Ball. No, this light had a gentle feeling to it. She could still move with ease, but the light didn't allow her to move that far. Stronger green waves came down in the pale green light, making it look like a pipe. The green washed over her, erasing all injuries and damage. Her strength came back after the second darker green wave. There were five green waves in all before the pale green pipe zoomed back toward the metal interiour and the grey turned back to almost black. Leila was back in full health, but stuck in a Dusk Ball.

What was Natalie doing up there? Where were they at? That light was unusual and the feeling was different. It wasn't like the red light that summons her out of the Dusk Ball. This light had a happy feeling to it.

"There. Now everyone should feel better." Natalie said, throwing Baron's Pokemon Ball into the air. The houndoom landed on all fours and looked better and happier. "Feeling better?"
