After all the shopping, we head home. Lea tags along too. The entire time I kept on thinking about this whole messed up situation. Who could be behind this? I didn't know people could go to such an extent. I feel this is a horrible nightmare- "Darling we're home" mum announces, interrupting my thoughts. I get out of the car. An involuntary shiver runs through my spine. It's cold. Ronaldo and mum head inside with the bags. "Are you going to give me the silent treatment now?" I turn around to find Lea gazing at me "Lea not now" I reply "Why not?huh? What's gotten into you lately?" "I don't want to talk about it so stop it" I answer, my voice holding a dangerous undertone "You should be happy. Justin is known as the most eligible bachelor-" "I DON'T CARE! I TOLD YOU TO STOP IT SO JUST FUCKING STOP!" I yell at her. She flinches. "You don't want to marry him..." she whispers in realization "No shit Sherlock" I reply glaring at her "He's a really nice guy-" "Lea please don't" I desperately beg her "Fine" she replies. I see a look of happiness cross her face. WHAT?! I do a double take. Must be my imagination. Why on earth would she be happy? Just forget it. We head inside to find Pattie and Jeremy in the drawing room along with Jaxon. Lea literally runs into Jaxon's arms while I stand awkwardly "Darling how are you?" Pattie asks while engulfing me in a hug. I hug back awkwardly. "I'm great" I respond with a fake smile "Justin must be coming" she says looking at me and I just nod. "Please everyone have a seat" Mum says "Katheryn, we were thinking if we'd get Shriya and Justin married quickly" WTF? NO! "Why is that Pattie?" mum asks her giving me a look saying 'Do not open your mouth'. "Oh actually it's nothing. I just can't wait" THE FUCK?! That's her reason? BULLSHIT! "Umm.. okay. I have no problem and surely Javier will be okay with it" mum replies enthusiastically "So it's done" Pattie replies "Quickly, as in when?" mum asks "In another 2 days" "What? that's a little too early don't you think?" mum responds, clearly flustered "We don't want the wedding to be grand unless the kids want?" Pattie asks looking at me "No... it's fine. We are happy with it not being grand" I reply "Great then it's settled" Pattie responds smiling "Okay, we'd better get going.." Pattie says looking at Jeremy "I'm taking Lea out for dinner if that's okay Katheryn" Jaxon asks mum "It's absolutely fine" she replies "Okay then Bye" We all get up. Pattie hugs Mum and then me and with that they leave. WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED? "HOW COULD YOU AGREE WITH THEM WITHOUT ASKING ME?!" I yell at mum the moment she closes the door "Sweetheart, the faster this gets over, the better" "What do you mean?" I ask her confused "Go and freshen up" with that she leaves "MUM!
