Chapter 13

A little while later, we got there, then Cody parked his bike by a trash can fire, and we got off then we walked up to the door, right as some bouncer guy stepped in the way.
"Not you Cody", he said, so I moved Cody aside, grabbed the guy by his jacket then shoved him away from the door and turned back to look at Cody.
"Come on", I simply said, then I walked inside and Cody followed me.
Ahhh,, yes, the Blackheart's hangout.
Loud music.
Little to almost no light.
Everyone's drinking, partying, dancing, havin a good time...
You can almost smell the bathroom abortions from here, but I can't hear anything over the roofie burps.
Lets see, what else?
Oh yea, people firing guns-
Wait what?
They only do that when their jumping someone into the group, who they jumpin in?

I gave Cody a confused look, and he gave me one back, so we followed the sound of gunfire to the front of the crowd where there were a bunch of people beatin up on somebody.
Finally, they grabbed the guy they were jumpin in and threw him against some other guy then Curt punched him across the face and I realized it was Angel.
They were jumpin in Angel.
Cody and I walked up, then with one final punch, Curt grabbed Angels shirt and held him up.
"Heres your good-lookin brother, Mr. Culp", he said, and then he threw him towards us and I grabbed onto his arm so he didn't fall then steadied him.
"Yea, ''good-lookin", Jesus Christ how hard did ya hit him?",I laughed and messed with his hair.
"Partying hard, I see",Cody said to Curt.

"I'm a Blackheart now,guys...for real",Angel winced out.
"Congratulations Angel",Cody said.
Yea, ya see, in case you didn't know, our group, when we recruit new members, we do this thing called "jumped in", and its basically where we beat the shit outta the person who wants to join.
Cody did it.
I did it.
As a matter of fact, we did it at the same time on the same day.
"Hey I thought you were getting jumped in next week", I said to Angel.
"Hey!!Hey Cody!!Jesse!!",someone said from the stage, and I looked up to see it was Dawn."Were jumping him in tonight in honor of Sonny!!"

Ohhh, this bitch.
Yea his brother was just murdered today, lets remind him of it.
Stupid bitch.
I never liked Dawn.
She's a bitch.
I glared at her as the crowd cheered then she jumped off stage and over to Curt to lean on him like the slut she is.
"Did you hear how it happened?",Cody said.
"Yea...he got a little too careless on the Edge",one of Curt's friends said and I scoffed.
"You believe everything they tell you in school?", I growled.
"Of course!We all wanna get ahead",Curt said and Dawn glared at me, so I glared right back.

"I think that history teacher, Mr. Hardin...I think he killed Sonny",Cody said.
"Oh why?Cause he didn't do his homework?",Dawn snarled.
"Was anybody talkin you?", I seethed in her face and she glared and Curt laughed.
"Man, you are so full of shit!!Your eyes are the color of...hey man, what color are his eyes?",Curt asked Dawn, then she giggled and buried her face in his shoulder.
She would know.
She's tried to get with Cody only 5 million times, and I only know because Cody told me.
Slut.
"Well they aren't Blackheart colors",Curt's friend said again.
"You know what I think?",Curt announced to the room."I think it's time for Mr. Culp, Sr. here, to be terminated from the gang."

Just then, everyone started cheering and clapping.
"Officially",Curt finished, then Angel let go of me and stumbled over to Curt.
"Come on...we don't have to",he said, and then Curt put his hands on Angel's shoulders.
"Listen, kid, your one of us now...not one of him",he growled then he shoved him back and I caught him, then put him behind me and glared at Curt as well.
"And what about you Jessica?",Curt asked me, then I glared at him for a couple more seconds before walking forward and getting in his face.
"You should know by now, that where Cody is, I am...so if Cody's out then so am I", I shrugged.
I stepped back beside Cody, then Cody started to walk away right as Curt reached for some pipe or some shit he was carrying-trying hit Cody over the head with it in other words- so I grabbed his hand and punched him in the stomach then in the face.

"ANGEL GET OUT OF HERE NOW!!", I yelled to him as everyone started joining in.
Angel listened to me and turned around, running out of there.
"You too bitch!!",I heard someone say and I turned to be face to face with Dawn.
"Oh you too Dawn?Good!I've been waiting to kick your ass for a long fuckin time", I yelled, then she tried to punch me, but I blocked it and hit her across the face four times, before I punched her harder the 5th time, then pushed her back in time to catch some guy comin at me.
I grabbed his wrist then twisted it behind his back, kicked his knee out from under him, then punched him across the face and threw him down.
"CODY!?!?'',I yelled over the gunfire and cheers, then I found him under like 7 guys including Curt and he was getting the shit kicked out of him.

I grabbed the back of one guys jacket, then punched him and he fell to the floor, then Curt came up and grabbed me.
He punched me across the face, so I returned the favor and then kneed him in the stomach, punching his face once more before he fell back into the crowd.
"YOU FUCKIN BITCH!!!",Dawn screamed as she came up and grabbed my neck.
I elbowed her in the stomach, then in the face and she let me go, so I grabbed her jacket and punched her across the face again then she fell back, so I got ontop of her and started wailin on her for a while.
Curt and some other guy pulled me off her though, and then some other guy switched places with Curt, and he started punching me in the stomach, so I leaned on the guy that was holding me and jumped up kicking Curt in the face, then I ripped my arm from one of the guy's grip and shoved him away as I punched the other one.

I took this as my chance, then I shoved one guy who was beatin up on Cody so hard, he basically flew over him, then I grabbed Cody's arm and dragged his ass outta their circle and through the crowd.
"Come on!!!Come on!!",I yelled to him as I tried to stand him up, then once I did, he started pushing me towards the door.
"Go.Go!!",he yelled back, so he and I hauled ass towards it, then outside, down the stairs and to his bike where Angel was waiting."Let's go!!"
We all three jumped on, and he started it up then we sped off towards his house again.
Once we got there, we got inside and went up to Cody's room.

I laid back on the bed as Cody did the same and I sighed at the ceiling, then looked over at him.
"You ok?", I said, then sat up and looked him over and he nodded.
He looked like shit, but I think he was good.
Just then, Angel limped in, and I sighed.
"Shit kid, go get me rag, and then come here ok?'', I said, then he nodded and went downstairs to grab one.
"Man you kicked ass",I heard Cody laugh so I smirked, then a few seconds later, Angel came back up with a rag and sat down beside me so I turned to him.
"Damnn", I said to myself and shook my head as I wiped his bleeding lip.

Cody got up and walked to the window leaning on it as he lit a cigarette, and damn did he look good.
"Jess?",Angel said.
"Hmm?", I answered and wiped more blood off his face.
"How old were you guys when you got jumped in?",he asked.
"Same as you-14", I answered and continued.
"Was it as bad?",he asked.
"Probably", I shrugged."But that was  3 years ago, so I cant remember."
He nodded and looked over at Cody who was still leaning on the window sill, then looked in between us a couple times and smirked.
"What?", I laughed.
"Nothin, nothin-night guys", he said then he hugged me and walked out.

"Night", I said.
"Night",Cody called.
After that, Cody and I took showers, then just talked until we went to bed and that was that for the night.
We gotta stop getting into fights I swear.
We've gotten the shit beat out of us so much in the past two days, the next fight we get in could no doubt kill us.
